I jsut thought of something

What if this is simply a story of these people who have nothing in common what-so ever, but they play an important in halo 2, and these stories a just prior to the covenant attack on earth (we all know it's gonna happen)

I am pretty sure Jersey is played by the voice actor who played the role of Hugo in the Konami's Shadow of Destiny.

Nah, this is too convoluted as it stands to be non-related stories [ie they're hard enough to figure out as it is], besides i think i remember seeing that these were melissa's memories?
Their fractured nature and coming together would imply that something is being pieced together, like a memory.

Try that one.

EDIT: We have people on all the last points, or at least, we're supposed to. Just be patient. Also, thanks to the list we know who to burn at the stake Twisted Evil

Relax, I'm just joking.

I get the feeling you're right. We're certainly going to come very close.

I don't think Kamal was hacking into their brains per se, more like into some chip...sort of a build-in mobile phone people have in this reality. If it was simply their brain he would have been able to continue to track Aiden when he was in his room, but he says that Aiden's "offline" in Tuna.wav.

I said it before, I'll say it again. There is no "brain hacking" in the Halo universe (granted it's not confirmed if this is that universe or not) They have little chips, but that was only to fly the Pillar of Autum. Cortana was able to dig up sooo much dirt on people in the books, without hacking their brains.

well, technically...there is...but thats by the flood. just wanted to point that out. plus, is it just me, or are half of the .wavs not playing at ilbs right now? its REALLY annoying.

The 17:51 PDT was missed as well! This does not bode well, my friends...

Sounds at beginning or ending of some clips

Listen to the beginning of "Tuna" it starts with that weird "Rewinding" sound... Some also end with that. Do you think these sounds could be clues to help us piece things together?

I like Speculating Guests ideas that these are all things that Melissa is pulling up, and that "rewinding" sound could be the cue that she's pulling something up... so it may be the present or past...

just a thought.

Emergency

I think the last one (if we get it) will have to do with Jersey and Durga

This has been covered a few times in this thread. They signify the beginning and ending of sets of WAVs. They give us a definative start and stop point for a certain bit of dialogue.
