I replied to the email last night also - and got the same reply as Moontje - the only difference being it showed the database integrity at 94%. The numbers at the bottom of mine were all 0's also:

I would suggest that any more random emails really might break it!
Frankly I suck at breaking the codes, although it doesn't keep me from trying. And if a few of you are stumped? Heh - imagine my headache.

Not sure if this is new - but I was just looking at The Portal - and for giggles, selected everything on the page. Towards the bottom it highlights this:

might want to note that:

9*10, 9*9, 9*8, 9*7, 9*6, 9*5, 9*4, 9*3, 9*2, 9*1
totally forgot that little quirk about multiples of 9 the numbers are mirrored in the middle between *5 and *6

Another great spot! Now we're getting somewhere. I haven't a clue where, but at least we're moving
I guess 9 could be a hint towards the method of decrypting the other numbers.

Could it be that any prime numbers in our code are the letter 'd'? For the rest of the numbers, if they are multiples of a particular number, then they are a character that corresponds to the multiple? For example, multiples of 9 are 'i', prime numbers are 'd'. I'm not convinced that the multiple we're looking for with 'r' is 9, although it works, perhaps it's 3?

they're also various permutations of numbers adding to 4.
1+1+1+1=4
1+3=4
3+1=4
2+2=4
4=4
