RanThe Nine of Spades mp3 file ("4.mp3") through the Abander Extractor to find a hidden image and this info:

Title: The Four of Us are Dying
Album: The Slip
Artist: Nine Inch Nails
Track: 9/10 2008

Can only say the hidden image isn't imo the album cover. Further clueless as to what it represents. Dunno

Awesome! Thanks for that (seeing as I'm clueless with sound deciphering).

The image is correct though -- it's just the cover for the single, not the album.

So, crap -- step one yet again (although "The Four of us Are Dying" feels like it might mean something in the long run .. maybe?)

I was under the impression that it was a "NO" symbol, but I've considered the zero too. Doesn't make since to me either way though. Guuuh, codes suck.

Definitely a zero - that's how all the cool engineering kids mark them, to make them stand out all nicely from the "O"'s. I also zoomed in on the middle character in a photo editor. Pretty sure it's an S, no matter how much it looks like a dollar sign from afar.
