 		Just brainstorming on Sam's location for a bit. I have no idea if this is important or not, but it occupies a Saturday afternoon.

In my conversation with Sam last night he said it was 9pm, it was 10pm here in Alberta.

There are roads named Samuel Lane and Samuel Lane Loop in Phoenix, Oregon (so the time zone would be right) with Union Pacific railroad tracks just to the east. I don't know if I'm heading in the right direction at all.

 		I think you discovered something, RikaLeigh. Very Happy I completely missed that "Samuel Lane" was the answer to "Where are you?", but now that you mention it, it really makes sense. Also, Sam's mail-addy is samuel.lane.90SPLATgmail.com. Maybe 90 is a house number? I sent a mail to Robert Smith earlier today and one of the things I asked him was where his laboratory is. I'm still waiting for an answer but maybe we'll get some more information regarding the location.

 		I looked for a 90 Samuel Lane in Oregon and elsewhere and found nothing, I suspect it's his birth year if he says he's 19. This is all just speculating though.

 		I got a reply from Sam this evening. He keeps talking about books.. Maybe we should go back to what he said about books and the numbers associated with them.

It's a good call to try to figure out where Sam and Robert are. I also asked Robert where his laboratory is and if my associates and I could visit. Laughing No reply yet from him.. RikaLeigh might be right! I'm going to research places that might have to do with Samuel Lane, too.

While most corporations use websites as a way to garner attention and therefore funds, we need neither. We are privately funded, and attention would just inspire spinoff research, therefore detracting from whatever major discoveries we make. We are located in Southern California. Hope that makes life easier for you in your search. Cuts it down by, what, 90% of addresses?

P.S. is a nice name. Especially if your name is in fact 'Post-Script.'

I think he did give us a phone number, twice. This time even with area code spelled out. 193-867-5309? I know 867-5309 is the name of a song, but there's too many hints dropped for it to be just that.

 		Highlights from talk with Robert tonight, lots of casual conversation edited out. Full transcript available if the need arises.

Apologies for the sudden disappearance; I was afraid I had to call a doctor for our friend.
Me-- What happened to Sam?
Robert-- He tried to eat his arm. We've knocked him out for the remainder of the night.
Or so we thought. He just woke up. Christ, there's no telling with that boy.

Me-- What is it like to interact with him? Do you have to reintroduce yourself each time?
Robert-- You say your name, he checks his notes, he finds out everything important he knows about you within about one minute. So no. If you don't know him, it might take about half an hour longer as he makes sure he will know you from then on.
Me-- He's come up with a pretty workable way to function in society then.

Robert-- Rachel was the one that came up with the idea. A brilliant one, that girl. She also taught him how to read incredibly quickly.
Me-- When did she come up with that solution?
Robert-- 7 years ago, when she first met him. She loved that boy. Pity what happened.
Me-- What happened?
Robert-- Three years after that, he told her something they would do together.
It was the only thing that never came true.
Me-- What did he say they would do together? Where is she now?
Robert-- I'd like to think you can figure the former out for yourself.
I don't know where she is. She wasn't part of the experiment.

Me-- Did Rachel have any connection to you? Where did they meet?
Robert-- They met at school. Somehow he made it through middle school just fine, but he could never make it through high school once Rachel left. That was his sophomore year.
I never knew her.
Me-- This is Rachel Wilson correct?
Robert-- Who else?

Me-- Any idea who Daniel and Angela are?
Robert-- Not a clue. And I've known the boy his whole life.
Where are you getting these names from, anyway?

Robert-- I'll have to find out where Sam got them from. Can you tell me without having to send someone down to talk with him and save me the trouble?
Me-- Sam can't remember breakfast, last week, meeting Rachel or his mother's death. He does not remember where the names are from, is it important?
Robert-- If he remembers something from his past, something at all, of course it's important!
Me-- How do I know you have his best interests in mind? That anything I tell you won't hurt him? You already admitted he is your test subject
Robert-- I would never hurt him. He might be my test subject, but I'm the only father he's ever had.

Robert-- Upon further inspection, he knows those names from a book he entitles '8675309', which appeared on our records about two weeks ago. The tapes for March 8 are entirely missing. I suspect that's when it was placed.
Me-- What led to the March 8th disappearance? Did anything else happen that day?
Robert-- I don't have a clue. This is deeply disconcerting, as it is the first time my security has ever been compromised.
Find out everything written in that journal for me, please.

 		Just to clarify it is PURE SPEC' on my part about Rachel being our "Sam"

The guy(girl?)s name isn't Samuel from what we've gathered in the past 2 pages they're staying IN "Samuel Lane"; it's a place, not a name.

With that and the talk about creating hermaphrodites - I kind of figured "Sam's" dreaming of this Rachel person b/c they're the same entity.

Pure spec' as I said.

Making the number different, 480 695 9433, which is listed as a cell phone in Phoenix Arizona. Anyone want to call it? Or does someone else want to ask Sam about the numbers to see if we get a third combination of the same numbers?

Edit-- I feel like I'm missing something so obvious here.
