Try replacing 285 with 215. Let's see what happens.

285 is in Atlanta and 215 is Philadelphia dont know if that helps much
Could it be some kind of a cypher or code? Maybe the numbers and symbols are code for letters?

Well, it might not be a phone number, but i'd replace 285 for 215 anyways, and i'd call it to make sure we don't miss anything.

when you dial the number, it gives you a out of order recording but it does give you some letters and numbers at the end.

The same hospital that I was linked to, in fact. Guess there might be something to it after all. http://robbieknobbie.tripod.com/snow.html

There's something updated on the homepage, on the little sheet of notebook paper on the corkboard:

"Penumbral eclipse
30n, 75w
3/29/09"

I'm thinking this means that on the 29th of March, there's going to be a lunar eclipse, which you can see if you live at 30 degrees north, 75 degrees west.

Which makes no sense, because that's in the middle of the ocean off the coast of Florida o_O

There are no eclipses of any kind expected on that date according to these NASA pages
http://eclipse.gsfc.nasa.gov/lunar.html <--penumbrals are lunar
http://eclipse.gsfc.nasa.gov/solar.html
but there was a total solar eclipse on 3/29/06

Location in the middle of the ocean shouldn't make a difference, should it? The path of shadow varies, as people often book a cruise ship to chase an eclipse over the ocean.

This was noted back on the 1st page of this thread - with the conclusion that it appears to be in the Bermuda Triangle. Smile

Just noticed something no one has mentioned. Kinda irrelevant, but worth noting none-the-less:

If you click the business card on the main page it takes you to an online store where you can buy PIE merch. If it weren't so pricey I might buy one, but I'm not a fan of solid black t-shirts anyways so whatevah...

I wonder if Joseph Vigilante is who he speaks of?

http://www.ufocasebook.com/2009/buckscoufo.html

UFO sightings in Bucks County, PA. It definitely fits in with everything else so far. I will see if I can find any additional info on Joe.

UPDATE!! It is definitely this guy. The number you were given is to his store - The Bagel Barrel. http://www.thebagelbarrel.com/ Store phone number ends in 80 though, not 30? The 30 ending number just goes to a Dorothy Spaeth also in Doylestown but I cannot find a connection with her.
