Another phone ripped from the post?

Anyways, the phone never rang at the 17:07 location. They tested with a cell phone and it did ring.

HOWEVER, I drove by later around 5:45PM to get the phone number of it (Never did find it) and as I parked a girl walk buy and picked up the phone and hung it up. I got out and ran to it, it was ringing! I picked up and a voice asked me to deposit 50 cents. I didn't have anything to put in money, so I hung it up and walked away.

I'm just gonna state my opinions on the matter of names and nicknames and passcodes (if this has been put to rest, just consider it validation, but I've been awake far too long and I just want to post my $0.02) I have been at 1 failed attempt (we picked up, but screwed up) and 5 successful ones.

Nickname = Operator or The Operator

Name = Melissa

I know this is how it works, b/c on the one failed attempt, the Nickname was asked for, and Melissa was the reply, and we were told that we were not identified.

Passcode is NOT nessecary. Of the 5 successful attempts, all that was ever said was Operator (never got asked for her name while I was present) and either Repeat or Continue (not special).

AFAIK we're now exaclt 24hours after the first axon time limit. If the phones are going to ring again, it's now that they're gonna do it...

Has anyone gone through the list of AXONs unactive and checked to see if the LAT/LONG are all still the same? If some have changed, then people might be going to areas where no phonecall will be recieved.
