Look, I know it's hard to start something in a viral fashion. I can take a one-time spam on the board saying, "Hey, look at this! Weird, huh?" or something. But following up such a post with staged and leading conversation isn't all that acceptable to me. Step in, drop your hint, and step out. It's not that hard, is it? Or even better, send an email to rumorsSPLATunfiction.com and I'll get your hint out without you even being exposed.

See, what happens when you lead people on like this is that they get suspicious, tempers flare, and innocent people like poor Gnovos get caught in the cross-fire. I'm fairly certain from Gnovos' profile and IP address that he was unjustly accused of being a shill. Since I, as a board admin, can see the IP addresses of all posters, I have a pretty damn good idea of who the real shills are, too, and where they come from. I don't appreciate having my board used as a marketing trial, which appears to be happening here judging by the circumstantial evidence I have at hand.

So let's cut the charade off here. If you want to continue with this (and those I'm talking to here will know who you are), feel free to email me privately at SpaceBassSPLATunfiction.com or send me a private message via the board.

 		I gotta agree with Space here. Well, actually I have no choice, since this is his board, but anyway....

The line is really clear with this kind of thing, as far as I'm concerned. Drop hints, stealth launch, whatever, but don't post while posing as somebody you're not. It's shilling, and it's wrong. Please, there's are far more creative ways to launch something!

Well if it is Spam I say share the email addy and we nuke their inbox with our own version of "don't F—k with us" <gets out his big ole "Louisville built" Chicago version of enforcement>, that or just send in "fist and boot"
