Got my package last Thur. Called FQ because I had a major crash. Hard drive and motherboard. I am operating on a netbook for now. Lost everything. Looks like everyone has the same stuff in their package. We just have to wait until the first now.

I keep having to remind myself that they have said this isn't really going to be an ARG this time around, but an interactive experience. I don't know what that means yet, but I'm hoping it's just as fun as WITG.

Awesome! This keeps getting more and more exciting! The banner is pretty cool too. I hope it brings in more players.

The new banner works Smile.

Hey everyone, I'm The Core, and I live in Aus. Looking to get into ARGs and this caught my interest. I've looked at the wiki, is there anything else I should know before 4:1?
Also, I'm going to have to go get myself a year planner, otherwise I'll feel left out.

Welcome Core, good to have yo aboard!! Unfortunately, the only way to get one of the yearly planners, was to have scored in the top 10 in the last ARG by the same people. If you read up in this thread, you will know about as much as the rest of us, there isn't any more that I am aware of that anyone else knows that hasn't been shared here.
Again, welcome aboard, looking forward to working with you!

Well I can always get a normal planner form the newsagent, and copy the notes from the wiki Razz. Although I do have a question - which time zone does the site use when it specifies 8:08 PM? I don't want to be late cause I got the wrong time.

Time

In the PAST sotm always used EST - I remember that well during whatisthisgame because I got a project in late one time since I lived in CST and wasn't thinking.

But who knows - this is an entirely different ARG.

Okay well I figure the best I can do is assume they use EST and either turn up late or early - that way at least I know the timezone I am expected to work by afterwards. By my calculations, that means I'm going to check at 5:08 AM Wednesday morning (well there goes my sleep in).

Yes, just realized on the blog it states EST:

"8:08 PM EST on April 1, 2009"
