Sorry for the double post.

Jane becomes Janus
Thomas becomes Tomas
Luke becomes Lucian
Katherine becomes Ekaterina

This has me wondering...why do Luke, Katherine, and Thomas have variants of their original names as their family branch name while Jane's branch name is completely different in meaning from the namesake? (Jane being a feminine form of "John" while Janus is purely from Greek.)

It's also curious that Thomas' current branch spelling is a Spanish variant of his name even though he was in Japan.

As long as you know how to actually separate the molecules into their elemental pieces.

Easy. Wink

 Peter, a distraction?

I think Peter is only doing the blog, to take us away from the next mission, you know. I think at the end of his last video, he will say something like
"Hey, cool look, I know what the clue is, and you can too, just go to the 'Missions' on the39clues.com and go to mission 3."

Also, 12 missions, 10 books thats 22 clues, so that leaves (mummbles sums to self) Hang on let me write it down
12+ 39-
10 22
__ __
22 17
__ __

So that's 17 Clues from "Random?" cards

What does that tell us about them then?

I love the percy jackson series. that is what i thought of when i saw janus.

That all comes from greek mythology. Janus was a two faced goddess, so she was of two minds about everything. Wink

Umm, in the books janus was a man. Very Happy

Yup, I made the same mistake, Sherlock . Then I realized that they were 12 missions (the amount, not the numbering) Embarassed . Kapow is right. There are 12 missions in amount. He is talking about the number of missions we get.

They did, they were wrong....somebody else posted Lerangis' schedule - don't remember when he's actually getting to the next stop, but it'd only be five pages back max by my best guess.

I meant the post that said when he was getting to Chicago (that's where he's headed, right?), not when the video was due.

I checked the schedule. PL reached Chicago on April 1st. High time for the video to be up now. Don't know what Scholastic is doing.

PS. You have my empathy, janus44. I am 3 clues behind, all because of the cards!
