That's strange... I just got two copies of it. The second one only a minute after the first. Both of them identical, same MD5 checksum.

Looks to me like a cross of the DHD from Atlantis (minus the activator in the center), with the Milky Way gates.
Other then that... I got nothing for now.

The two highlighted glyphs appear to be Virgo and Pegasus, for whatever that's worth.

For clarification that is the pattern of the stargate and the keys from the DHD (Ie dial home device) Right now on SCifi happens to be Stargate continuum (if anyone has issues) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stargate_(device) is the symbol list. Maybe the numbers are rotations? I have no idea....

ETAOIN is the order of the first six most common letters in the English language. The next six are SHRDLU (this lead me to www.tinyurl.com/shrdlu but that seems unlikely).

The image most likely relates to Stargate (the inside is a DHD, correct me if I'm wrong). This leads me to believe that this could be the username/password for Abydos. I'm looking at some stuff now, shall edit if I find anything.

So, this is essentially a letter frequency chart that starts at position 15. (Though there seems to be some disagreement as to what actual frequency distribution is???) So if you draw a bar at the six o'clock position and read clockwise, you'd be reading a LF chart.

Working on the interior now. Does anyone think the image should be rotated 180 or something? I'm pretty clueless about the SG universe.

Other than using the numbers at the bottom of the image as a way to organize the outside ring of letters... not sure... Using the numbers is also tricky. Example: Is it 2, 1, 2... or 2, 12...? etc. What to do with the triangles in the centre is also baffling to me. Then again, I've never seen a DHD before (I never watch Stargate).

So I've probably been of no help.
