 		Since it's pretty obviously an anagram, I used everybody's favorite anagram decoder to get:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
gem report/porter in return/turner diamond


So I guess there's a gem report in the turner diamond, or they're exchanging the gem porter(juan tavernier?) for a diamond.

Wait...I thought it said "gem report in./return diamond." That is what it reads backwards.
