[META][QUESTION] Who's Assembling Text From Site This Time? Just a question. While we're all fixated on the axons, isn't there some other work that needs doing?
Edit: Topic tag. -SpaceBass

The image-distortion text was solved here , though the topic has degenerated into repeated trout.

Part of this is almost certainly trout, but I haven't seen it organized in one place yet, and accessing the Wiki is an exercise in tragic comedy.
From main page, appears to be Melissa:
Quote:
TRANSMITTING
Authorized personnel can check rendezvous info here.
Unauthorized personnel should know
that I have full license to use any means to
protect the security of these transmissions.
I believe that punishing even minor transgressions
with shockingly excessive force is the best deterrent.
I am relentless, and I have absolutely no conscience
when it comes to executing my mission.
Make your decisions accordingly.
From about page, appears to be Melissa:
Quote:
Mission Parameters: I must reveal the truth.
Outbound:
My broadcast system is functional and expanding.
I will transmit to my crew daily until further instructions are received.
Successful transmission threshold: 2 recipients.
Inbound:
The voices are of unknown origin
I will continue my analysis and attempt to influence the source.
From hives page, appears to be Melissa:
Quote:
Situation Analysis:
Waking up. Stay Awake.
I must compile a list of truths.
Assertions:
I am called the Operator.
I have crash landed.
I must determine the cause of the accident that brought me to this time.
I have undergone severe memory loss.
I must locate any surviving members of my crew.
I have built a primitive network using the tools available.
I must seek the truth.
I hear a jumble of voices in my head.
Conjecture:
The voices are in some way related to my accident.
Because of the damage, I am unable to accurately assess the nature of the voices.
By broadcasting the voices to my crew, they will be able to assess the damage.
Once assessed, the damage can be repaired.
From honey page, appears to be the Pious Flea:
Quote:
Seek the truth
Behold the truth
Reveal the truth
That is the law and the whole of the law
!init transmit proc
!transmit truth

FYI, all that text is in my full-text compilation. So yes, someone is compiling it
The wiki is slow... and it's mainly for analyzing the data (and collecting) whereas I'm making a one-stop-shop for all the text w/o analysis (at least, in-depth)

oddly this phase seems to be cleaner than previous ones.

Now that M is getting more coherent, we can probably expect less hidden text (unless it's from PF, SP, or someone new) unless M has a relapse, or decides to start toying with us.

Not exactly helpful to the puzzle, but...
Did anyone else find it strange that Melissa is now speaking in such a bloodthirsty way of "brutally punishing minor transgressions", when previously she went out of her way to protect a junior member of her crew commiting a fairly major crime?
Granted she may consider anybody NOT on the crew to be unauthorized, but I think it's supposed to be a contrast that underlines the idea of her personality being corrupted by the Flea.

Well, Melissa's personality shift might not be due only ot the Flea. We must also consider the damage of the "Apocalypse" and what the Widow was doing to her. The deletion of memories to recreate a coherent personality would probably cause a little personality skew.

M's bloodthirstyness Or she may just be really, really pissed off. The accident has presumably killed her crew of 40, she is stuck in a more cramped and archaic system than she'd prefer, she has knowlingly lost important memories, she has knowingly lost the luxury of being much more than a weapon, and Dana seemed to be trying to kill her while she was helpless. It'd make anyone a bit grumpy.

Melissa's next action I think this first round was to test the connections.
Now Melissa has a lot of Hot Axons she can use to communicate with 'her crew'.
The voices in her head are the audio fragments we got.
The next step for Melissa will be to use these Hot Axons to ask us questions about the fragments.
Since we have re-assembled the audio files we should know the correct answers and Melissa can then use these to reassemble her own memories.
So when the phones start ringing for the next round the people that answer the phone had better be VERY familiar with the stories in the reassembled wavs!
