 		NEWCOMERS Read the whole thread if you plan on helping, i know it may be a lot to read but otherwise you're only slowing the process down.

In other news, can someone list the things that haven't been solved and things that we absolutely have no idea from what it means or could mean?

Such as a priority list or such?

i'm stopping here for some time.
right now also a lot of people are too lazy to read the things that already have been solved - which is kind of annoying.


i am completely out of ideas now.

 		Possible leads :

- The UEC ad : http://www.babel-research.eu/witb/UE/
- Saga references (i.e. NOEVILSAGASLIVEON)
- Attainable/Achievable/Achievableness references
- http://www.whatsinthebox.nl/pro.css and anti.css : we haven't found any html page which uses those css files, and the word "Paine" is in both.
- The babel login box. There might still be words to enter there.
- The names of babel's scientists (possibly an anagram of sorts ?)

That's about all I can think of at the moment.

Yeah, i don't know if that's already done but we need to keep in mind that there are a lot of options to reveal the hints from the original images, i think the board has already scanned through everything on babel-research and their subdivisions on the website. We already mirrored a picture we retrieved from using high brightness, and mirroring it, getting BOX = HELL, however that still leaves us with nothing in the end. We have a lot of things that speak for its own and things that relate to the subject but what doesn't get us closer to what's actually in the box.
Earlier in the thread we discussed and speculated on various theories about mathematicians where it is a possibility that inside the box could be larger boxes etc.
However we know or have reason to believe that it has something to do with doomsday and the apocalypse. The demo film is being placed after the evacuation of a city by the UEC (united europe corps), the details can be found here.
Perhaps this is only a short viral video but the actual film will not be like this and its only something that revolves around the story. Chances are he didn't have ideas for the lead character so in order to leave it blank he went with a POV.
Updates regarding the site are minimal as it seems now, i was there with the ARG viral marketing from the movie "Cloverfield" which was much more widespread and more developed. There was actual information to find instead of just giving out passwords and codes.
Secondly, Tenacious D's reference is also to mark an apocalyptic event.

 		I'm probably over-analyzing, but has anyone else noticed the small discrepancy in the Babel-Research slogan box? It's right under the 'i' in 'achieving'. It doesn't seem like there's any reason for it, either; it's off-center from the box and under an insignificant letter. Maybe something to do with the eyes in the corner?

I don't know. I've been following a letter angle for a while and I think it's starting to get to me. Found they misspelled "Babel Research" on the welcome picture, too, but that's probably just a fault on the creator's part and not a clue.

You forgot some:

- The line with "tm" on anti.jpg (center vertical line)- it looks too scratchy to be just a line - http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=27633&start=589
- The "62 long" form audio. May be there is one more audio with lattitude?
- The "14-juno" and "Tango Yankee November" from the same audio. Do you have any friend marines to describe?
- The FTP. Guys, i'm kind of system administrator here in Russia. NO FTP on standart port on PRODUCTION (i.e. non-beta-testing) site EVER. And even more - There is no FTP server with standart error "530 Please tell me who you are"! Usually 530 returns "Access denied", no more no less. So, i think that IS a clue.
