OK, couldn't get anything more out of it yesterday. I'll try to take a look at it today, but I'm at work, so I'm not sure how much time I'll have for it. But I will crack this thing, damn it! lol I am determined!

My latest idea is that it's a Baconian cipher, but I'm not really confident of that. I'll play with it as time permits... I'm going to actually print out and make a spinner to see if that shakes anything loose.

Finally got this done.
Here's 26 variants of the gate with each letter at the top.
Not sure how (or if) it'll help, but...

ETA: Hmm... don't think anyone's posted this. One possible meaning of Tao is "right way", so it becomes "right way in", but I could be wrong.
Probably don't mean anything, but I figured I'd at least throw it out there.

Im fresh out of ideas. I've had to keep printing out copies of the image and make spinners cos I keep wearing them out. I definitely think we need a clue, cos there's nothing else I can think of. Smile

We seriously have to be missing something :-\ This is driving me crazy. I totally don't want to take a clue, but I'm stumped. And I don't have years of experience and multiple games to go on, so I have no mental database to run it through.

Plus I just figured out yesterday that I was probably wrong in my first rotations to get my letters *hangs head in shame* I think I turned it the wrong way for the right column. Embarassed

You think there could be some past clue from an e-mail or something that could be useful to this? In another e-mail puzzle from V, the numbers were written in red, blue, and green, (in the beginning). And earlier, when we were working on the overlays, wasn't the number six mentioned?
And in this puzzle, the colors are red and green, and there are six points on the center piece, and the numbers only go up to six...
I have no idea if there is anything else to find. But I think it would be a good time to try to review all the previous information to see if maybe there's an "un-used" clue somewhere.
