@windup: Dang, good catch on the Lenny thing. Seems Port isn't quite ready to merge into this one yet.

I almost want to say that 'demolay' doesn't have anything to do with the anagram, just because it leaves us with such limited and useless words for the rest of the letters. But I guess I wouldn't know how to narrow it down otherwise.

But seriously, this ARG, or project, or mindfuc*, feels tainted - I've just read some old threads on the RI forum that have left rotten tastes in my mouth.

It'll take plenty beers to get right.

let me clarify - i received jack's email on my iPhone. i thought i typed it out correctly, however in the word "goddam" i wrote "goddan". the other missing m's are not my doing.

however, it looks like the PM's have incorporated my typo into their META.

okay, I talked a lot about meta and such with burrito last night in our IRC chat, and we were going to try and keep some things off the forum, but I come home from work and things have exploded. in light of this, i don't really think it matters anymore, so here goes.

I believe Kade is IG. If he's not IG, then he is legitimately trying to ruin this game, based on who he thinks the PM is. it seems like we've gotten a few more plants, and there's some other stuff going on here that seems to be crossing lines ARGs shouldn't be crossing.

at this point, I don't know what to think. is JDM's angry email IG, or did something really get messed with here? it's very obvious to me that we've got a few plants recently in here, and even more when the game first started. the entire point of this game so far, has been to throw us off, I think. we've been getting misled left and right, fed information that has nothing to do with the game other than backstory, pushed down trails that lead to nothing.. and now this. how do we decipher if we're still IG or not? did Kade modify that flyer to try and ruin the game, or is the "ruining" actually IG? maybe there's some sort of hidden message among the letters that we're supposed to figure out to foil JDM.

i don't really know. at all.

I'm not singling anyone out, but the point of this thing so far seems to be to sow suspicion and it's doing a fabulous job at that! Unfortunately, that means that some of the posts in this thread look suspicious to your fellow posters and mods. So if you're behind the scenes and not posting, splendid.
