Ok, so using the clues about when green is south of white, start left and go east, then top then bottom. Means, IMO, we read off the orange face, then green, then red then blue then white then yellow. I'd assume left to right, top to bottom, so here goes:

Orange: ssz oll (oii?) upo tvy qwz mcu uqy fyu ecx
Green: vvl hwx wrg bac won (nom?) jvm lzi (izi?) obr wzl
Red: qwv dzh bbs fxy gny jkm xwe duh pty
Blue: fxy sae xwc dmd, ggl, pds, vvn, imk, fkc
White: ewd wki ups kmc rcc nkq bny (or bay) mix pex
Yellow: xrf mix (mlx) vrf twy mio qxo iyu olm (oim) uui (uul)

Based on looking at the letters and determining that all the L's are capital (except one I think) and realizing it's probably very hard to dot an i in this, I have compiled what I think is the final list of letters. They are in the same order as squid's.

edit: ok guys a lot has happened in the last few hours, the poo hit the fan. I have solved the cipher but there's too much going on right now to post. It will all be up later. Apparently bees have something to do with the cure. Clarky pants don't come on yet ,I'm not ready for joo!

Kazic and I have looked for Debbie Combs on Livejournal, on Facebook, on Myspace (there's a possibility there, Kazic friended her but her profile isn't public) then on Twitter there are some possibilities (again, not public))

So, it seems our next step is to find Debbie Combs, possibly in the living journal. Please go ahead and double-check, especially livejournal. Where else can we look?

Oh and I never did get those four letters to work out at the end. I hope they were just junk.
