Ok, here's the thing. We're all getting different grid locations for the pictures, it seems to be random for us. My B1 is not the same as your B1. But, our pictures are the same. So, I got this one first. I played around a bit and noticed a few things. First, we're not dealing with the idea of adding the dice in their groups (so it's not (1+2=)3, 2...). I know this because if it were like that, we would have no way of telling the difference between a 1+2=3 dice and a 3 die. That said, they stand for numbers. So a 1+2 is just that, 12. Looking it over, we have 23 numbers total. I ran a brief frequency analysis on them which seems to not help me much. I also took a look at the cards around the outside, but it seems to just be a full deck of playing cards, including two jokers. Here's what I made up.

For this one I went ahead and classified each of the circles in the picture according to their increase in size. Since the braille is 'Seek the Orbits' it's either talking about having minty fresh breath or it has something to do with those circles. With 0 being the smallest, empty circle and 5 being the big one that doesn't have solid edges like the others, I also color coded them in case we need to connect the dots or something, which I have a hunch about. As it stands, this is what we have in size(# of them) format:
0 (1)
1 (6)
2 (11)
3 (6)
4 (4)
5 (1)

Edit: I tried thinking about orbits... like electrons or something. Since there are 29 circles total, I tried Nickel, Cobolt and Copper, as well as Ni, Co and Cu. No avail. I'm burnt. G'night.

On "Base Nine" or "Solitaire" I think maybe we're supposed to read the dice in reverse order. Otherwise, I can think of no reason to have single "ones" and pairs where there is a blank die and a one.

Reversing them would give us "ones" and "tens" in base nine. Or "ones" and "nines" in decimal)..

It makes more sense. With all the numbers that end in 2 and 1... that turns around to being 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28.

So... in base 10 that would be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26...

Which means we have A, B, C, D, E, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z?

So that would mean...

You meant base 10. But yeah.
I think it's going to be a solitaire cipher based on the decimal numbers.

Squid, for the Orbits one, there ARE lines outside and inside of the big circle, which to me suggested orbit paths.

Also, on the bottom left corner of the picture, it seems to be doing a really close rounding of a center core or circle of some sort, most likely a planet in the context of orbit. Perhaps we need to connect four of these in a round, flowertype picture to see a connection?

On Solitaire, I must have been really tired, last night, not to notice that the bottom part (as letters in decimal) reads, "THIS DECODED" or "DECODED THIS" when reversed.

I'm pretty sure I messed up one or more of the numbers in the ordering.. I'm looking for it, but having trouble finding it..

Update 1:
can't find a mistake in the key, but I think the last words are "fortune teller".

Update 2:
I think the mistake is in the puzzle. If you push the two 2's in the third column from the left together, they make base-9 22, or base-10 20. When you replace this in the cipher text, the last words resolve into "fortune teller".

Here is the cipher text I got:

Jabroni, yochanan, and Rogi, great work on the Solitare Cipher!!! In chat Mapmaker, Squid808, and I were knocking around ideas for the right solve. We hit upon the correct answer....

The riddle refers to two paintings. "The Fortune Teller" is one of two known genre pieces done by Caravaggio in the year 1594, the other being "*Cardsharps*".

Each line of digits is missing one digit. You take the place of the digit (excepting the first) and you get a message. Take a look here (note that the digit may be ambiguous due to neighbors being the same).

The phrase is "In the Fourth Dynasty of the Old Kingdom the Great Tomb he Built" and the answer is KHUFU.

I'm really unsure of how to convert my pages into images, but I have f3, d4 and f6.

Gregoriev, could those be stars in orbit around a planet? The lines remind me of something I saw at a museum once, where we all looked at a giant dome on the ceiling. At one point they showed a time-lapse of the night sky, where the stars all left streaks in the sky. Could this be related, especially with the 'orbits' reference? Also, seeing as other puzzles have something to do with paintings, this might? Aaaand... errr, hmm. Vinyl records?

Yeah. Say the grid page you want is a1, you would type in "page a1.1" for the first piece of the file. It will tell you at the top how many parts that file has. You then type in "page a1.2", etc, until you have them all. You need to copy and paste them all together into your converter.
