Info on the painting by Wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anatomy_Lesson_of_Dr._Nicolaes_Tulp
Interesting to see that the scene in the painting can be traced to specific events, even a date (Jan 16, 1632)...
Also, one person doesn't have 'black' on their eyes: the corpse.
Quote:
The corpse is that of the criminal Aris Kindt, strangled earlier that day for armed robbery

xD @mycroft7. In Camouflage have tried with no joy as p/w "Turned a blind EYE" and similiar on the turned image.
Was there a named character in this story who acted in this way? Happy Hunting...til tomorrow.

Lovely ! will have to look at the image background very closely
Fields are named
Firstname
Lastname
although the fields have no maxlength, their size is set up for 4 and 5 characters respectively
Source includes a
http://pharmament.info/background.gif images that leads to a "The system cannot find the file specified." error
and a phbackground.jpg which doesn't seem to hide any clues
