Coordinates

So, 01-05 and 13-23 are not the right ascension and declination for those constelations. In geographical coords they lead to somewhere in the atlantic ocean and some other place near the border of Sudan and Chad. Any other thoughts about these numbers?

I've also put the listed phone number the 3 chatters from Europe have, which is +44.161652883, in Google map and it led me to a location in France. Looks like there's nothing there, though.

While researching Apus I found this tidbit:The related Hebrew word mal'ach (malak) is the Biblical word for angel [2], the word also meaning 'messenger' I don't know if that has been brought up yet or not.

http://www.constellationsofwords.com/Constellations/Chamaeleon.htm
This website gives a history of the constellations and Chamaeleon was combined with Apus by Julius Schiller to create Eve (biblical) in his star atlas.

Looked into this, thought maybe finding Schiller's 'Adam' might be the next step. Till I found out that Schiller actually combined Chamaeleon and APIS not Apus. Google'n Schiller will bring you to a copy of the book he wrote. Though apparently the confusion of Apis and Apus was quite common. Still seems like a dead end though.

I think it actually is Apus. Apis was changed to Musca, which is another constellation near Apus and Chamaeleon.

Ah, my mistake. Apis Indica (also known as Apus) is the name listed in Schillers book. Embarassed

Very Happy I want to call Hori's but I don't know what I'd be charged if I call a number that is in Japan from America.

Well I'll be calling that UK number from Ireland so it won't cost me an arm and a leg.
The only question is what to do if someone answers....
Ask for Camile Dupont?

Or if I can please speak to Patrick Stewart? Wink

I updated the wiki a little.

Here
http://startrek.wikibruce.com/Malak0
I posted a little picture of Malak0 with all his registered accounts (for better access)

And here
http://startrek.wikibruce.com/
I posted the quicklinks of the actual running ARG (since there were only links to the NCC-1701.com).

Feel free to correct my English or design errors since I am not so really pro in wiki.

And perhaps we should ask ourself about a right name of thos Star Trek ARG, since we have two colliding ARGs:

NCC-1701.com and Malak0 story (which seem not to have any connection to each other till now [well, who knows]).

Even if NCC-1701.com wasn't really an ARG, but a teaser, we should perhaps decide how to call the actual Malak0 ARG (for future references). "Star Trek ARG" is perhaps not so comfortable:
* because of the two storys
* perhaps ("...hope!..." (c) John Locke) in the future there will be another Star Trek ARGs. Even in LOST ARGs there are various ARG names.

UPDATE. I edited also a little about Cloverfield references.
http://startrek.wikibruce.com/Crossovers
In the wiki there is a note: "DO NOT SUBMIT COPYRIGHTED WORK WITHOUT PERMISSION!". Is it OK to post there an animated gif screencap of Tagruato appearance in the trailer? Or is it against copyright? If not OK, I'll delete it again.

Better Camile than Patrick, I'd say. Wink

Yeah, ask for Camile. Say you're a concerned friend or something and she stood you up for dinner last night. XD

That phonenumber

there is something strange about +44.161652883.

It lists an address in Manchester as the location for that number. 98 Grosvenor St. M17HL Manchester United Kingdom.

I found a few other places with the same address but different numbers. All 0161-2**-****

but this is 0161-652-883 (or 0044-161-653-883 to use international dialing codes) its missing a number.....

I tried dialing it anyway but it wouldn't connect. Crying or Very sad
Tried dialing one of the shops with the same address but then chickened out.
Tried putting the number into google with an additional number on the end (0 through to 9) nothing jumped out at me.
Turns out the 0161 prefix doesn't necessarily mean a manchester number either... http://www.windsor-telecom.co.uk/0161-manchester-numbers.php

Ideas?

*edit* tomorrow I might try the technical contact listed from the the whois. See if I can persuade them to give me the full number.
