There's words in grey on the wrapped handle part but I can't make them out, can someone with a better image editor than mine give it a shot please? Looks like it starts with P, likely our next Pharmament page.

I guess, this is "just" because E.Y.E. is infected. So maybe there is no hint is this flash (but I am not sure).

Best match for the kanji I can find is 王 用 but I can't make any sense out of it. Something along the lines of king employ in English, or ouyou in Romanji? Unfortunately I don't know Japanese, just brainstorming.

As for the picture caption, all the numbers are used except 6 (if you change the symbol into the matching number). the top line uses only 8, 9, 0 and the middle line 1-5 and 7. Can't find a pattern yet.

First symbol

king http://www.taipansoftware.com/de/japanisch/woerterbuch/index.php?doku=on&joyo=off&show=some&roma=off&kanji=%E7%8E%8B

Second symbol
Spoiler (Rollover to View):

mother (closest thing I could find) even though we do not have those dots in the middle. http://www.taipansoftware.com/de/japanisch/woerterbuch/index.php?search=&kanji=%E6%AF%8D

ETA:

Second symbol was wrong. Due to RikaLeigh's post I could track down the second one:

utilize - business - service - use - employ

My take on the kanji is that the small, top stroke changes "king" to "master" and the second kanji means task (use).
Sorta subjective I reckon. And Kewl eyes, locard, on seeing that Pharmament.info page

[SPEC]: Maybe E.Y.E. is not an A.I. but a real person and he has been infected with a virus we know as Croatoan. Does this make sense?[/SPEC]
