 		Forgive me if this is already discounted, but it seems obvious that someone should try to enter the QR codes on the grid at www.johannbayer.eu

Has this been tried? I would do it myself but I don't have time to count the dots.

 		Has anyone tried to decompile the flash on johannbayer.eu at all yet? I know that tends to take the fun out of things, but at least we'd know if we were heading in the right direction...

I have. It is purely a simple front-end for the generation of a string of 1,521 (39x39) 1's and or 0's back to the originating site. There's no clue insofar as I can see that suggests *anything* about the intended content. The determination of the validity of the answer is hidden in a php script at that same website.

That button is really just a "submit" button. If you do not have the grid configured in a way that the site wants, it just resets the grid and you have to start over.

Its a passive way of saying "wrong."
