 		I have an idea about those, but... not yet. Looky:

Number of stars on the flag of the United States as it has changed over the years since 1775.
0, 13, 15, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28

I've found exactly one where the sequence starts with 13, but it's pretty esoteric (read Dunno ). sent it, no reply. Link. Someone want to try the above so I don't have two in the queue?
