 		Thanks for posting that. I have aol buddy list, but not something speicifially called aim. Is there a difference? I havent been invited to his chat. Or I dont have the correct program. Sad

 		aim vs aol buddy list
i believe any one of aol or aim (aol instant messenger) or trillian will let you join the chat once you're invited. the key is getting invited. dale didn't set up the chat himself - we saw him online because we've added him to our buddy lists and asked him to chat, and he asked us to set up a chat room. so we quickly asked everyone in the #ctw channel on irc for their aim handles so we could invite them. dale invited a few people himself after that. i think the key is either asking dale to invite you, or being in the right place (#ctw) at the right time.

Hey All

Just to let you know the way that i got on the first chat was that i am on Aim and have dale as a buddy. For those of you who dont know dale is "synthasiadale"...(I am going to get trillion myself)
But I just happened to notice that he was on and hailed him. He then invited me to the chat. It would probably be a good idea to have others in the game on your buddy list too that way the chances of you missing out become smaller. Wink
