Health update

Dear Cahills,

I've recently received inquiries as to the health of the Starling twins. I am happy to report that their eardrum repair surgery went well, but that they are prone to asking you to repeat things. They also say, "WHAT? WHAT?" quite often, although this isn't uncommon for members of their branch.

As always,

William McIntyre

Update from McIntyre. The good news appears to be that the eardrum repair surgery went well.
The bad news is that he refers to them as twins, instead of triplets. Maybe one of them didn't make it.

They fixed it. It now says triplets.

Book 5

Just so u know, I'm pretty sure as a pirate if you recieved a parchment with a black circle on it, it meant you were being exiled, and you had to "walk the plank".

Also, it's not just luciens that like stratagy, my favroute games are age if empires3, spore, assassins creed, need for speed carbon, GH4, super mario charged football.

I think that's all of them.

Sounds Good, But why hide a child? Unless Gideons wife Re-married and had another child, who learnt about Gideon and his research, and decided s/he deserved a share of the clues and ever since, the Madrigals have been outcasts in the Hunt.

Okay, I'll improvise. Maybe the child was not hidden, but his existence was not passed down i.e. Luke, Katherine, Jane and Thomas didn't tell about his existence to their descendants.
Another version: The other child's existence was passed down, but confined to branch leaders and high-ranking leaders of the branches[/spoiler]
What if the wife belived she deserved a fair share and started to look for the clues, that would explain a commoness of all traits in Madrigals, and not involve another child.

Acctually, it meant you were cursed by the Flying Dutchman. Sort of like being on the FBI's Most Wanted List.

A Black Circle could be refuring to ash, or those circles you make around a weird looking star.

Madrigals have infiltrated cahill Base X in this secret location and the internet here is cut off! Tomas agents here are being captured, Lucians are being assasinated, the Janus are going into hiding and a few Ekats and myself are putting up a fight with some other Cahill survivors.

A thousand apologies for more than ten postings in a row but I cant post long messages. Please bear with my posts.

It's just a the mind playing tricks on you. We just did not notice these things untill the 39 clues came out.

For example, if i said that the number 50 was significant, you will soon find many things that have to do with the number 50. Think about it. Very Happy Wink

I must say, after the challenging game of Mission 2, I had expected a smashing game to pop up. But, the GAME is quite LAME.

PS Wow! I'm a POET, and I didn't even KNOW IT!

PPS The capital words are rhyming if you say the sentence fast

Agreed. But remember, these missions are for kids as young as 7. This game would have been lamer for people above 30! Very Happy

That's it! Madrigals could be Cahills who were exiled by their branches because they were "normal". These exiles could have failed being a great artist, a strong atlete, a genius or a insperational leader. They became the madrigals and as their revenge fought against their branches.

What do you all think? Very Happy

the titles for book 5 and book 6 have been released. Book 5 is named "The Black Circle" and Book 6 is named "In Too Deep"

Nice work Sherlock! In Too Deep could mean several things, such as:

1. Amy and Dan have gotten too deep in the clues and are now in mortal danger.

2. Amy and Dan have to venture into the ocean for the next clue.

3. Amy and Dan have to go into a SUPER LONG tunnel into the earth to discover something.

As for The Black circle, it could mean:

1. The Madrigals (their colour seems to be black)

2. Exiles as stated in my post and tomasdude's post.

3. A symbol in alchemy???

Any other ideas???

Just out of curiosity does the country affect the branch. Are British mostly Lucian, or Malaysians mostly Ekat? Maybe the country is only slightly effects the branch? I don't know, just wondering.

Ummm... korean? Ekats win again? yay. Very Happy

The martial arts taekwondo is from korea. Does this mean that Ekats are kung fu masters?

Soccerbeast, why do you say that British are Lucians and Ekats Malaysian? As you know, Cahills are everywhere.

ca you Please Show us?
the guy that is wearing a top hat is Eugène Delacroix

It appears France is a collection of Tomas and Lucians. Probably the Gauls were Tomas and Napoleon's family were the Lucians.

P.S. I thought the Cahills were a really old family, 500 years isn't that old. That is only about 20 generations. I thought that it was the Cahills who conquered the Americas, but apparently it is not.

P.P.S. How did Gideon get the name "Cahill"? It is an odd name.

The name "Cahill" is a very common Irish name.

Yep, it means "fearful in battle".

Cahills are definitely not fearful in battle. Wink

Which branch has the common habit of saying 'WHAT? WHAT?'?

That twins may be one of the consistent Scholastic mistakes

This letter may also mean that the Starelings may make a come-back in Book 4 or 5.

Just as we thought that the Starlings are out of the running. Wink Amy and Dan are in for a huge surprise then! Very Happy

Dude, remember that Ekats come from Egypt. Or... at least that's where it started. Ekats might be trained to speak Egyptian in honor to Katherine Cahill, their branch founder. Dunno.... just a guess.
