A seemingly random twitter user, @AmdStal tweeted a link to a frame from the vulcan transmission video tonight.

Sharp eyes (mine ) noticed a QR code in the lower right of the image, and kitty noticed the other half in the upper left. Put together, it looks like this:

Dougrass decoded the message to say "DIONE:B-F". Dione is a moon of Saturn.

Please post if you can make anything of these new clues.

DIONE:B-F, eh? Well based on our previous mental exercises... if we take A=1, B=2, ... F=6, we have DIONE:2-6. From our previous example, we know DIONE has 5 letters. Thus, we put the DIONE:B-F QR code at coordinate (2, 6-5), that is (2, 1).

What's next then? The other major Saturnian moons include
MIMAS, ENCELADUS, and TETHYS are inner major moons with DIONE. (If we're facing another combination of 4 QR codes.)

RHEA, TITAN (major Trek connection), IAPETUS and weird HYPERION are the 4 major outer moons...

These were primarily discovered by CASSINI, HUYGENS and HERSCHEL.

I had a weird Idea... what if these QR codes are for the location of the Narada? What if she's hiding at DIONE? Far enough away from Vulcan Sensors but near enough to Earth to stop any help or maybe our warpflight? What if the Narada was torn into the past and Nero decided to stop the Earth from becoming a major player in the universe and ultimately help to form the Federation?

Here is an IRC Client set-up to use #arg on Tom's server.

1. Extract the TinyIRC folder on to your desktop
2. Use the TinyIRC icon inside the folder to start.
3. Once the program is open press Alt+C (or navigate the menu to quick connect).
4. In the new box change your Nickname and then hit the connect button.


Or you can use Chatzilla the Firefox addon (if your want to use firefox) and simple type "irc:ceres.irc.tvdw.eu#arg" into the address bar and push enter.
