I actually make it 11-5-2009
the 'T' shape is a combination of the symbols for 10 and 1
I would guess itīs 12-5-2009, as the first symbol is a combination of 10 and 2. 11 would actualy look like a T but on this symbol the bar on the right is not on the upper side but one position lower, which makes it two not one.
EDIT:

I believe the eyes were cropped from this picture .
Not necessarily just cropped. If you inspect my little hack job here , I'm not so sure they are the same image. The eyes are definitely different colors, which I attributed to heavy editing, but the faces are slightly different sizes as well. It's either different, or very heavily modified for unknown reasons.
Also, upon investigation (a metric ton of refreshes and ctrl+u's ), the ALT text in the source only changes every minute.

Bit of a long shot buuuuuut...... Probably nothing, but one of the alt tags is I SEE YOU, which can be abbreviated to ICU.
From Wikipedia:
International Components for Unicode (ICU) is an open source project of mature C/C++ and Java libraries for Unicode support, software internationalization and software globalization.
Another alt tag reads A PROGRAMMER MIGHT HELP.
Connection perhaps, or am I just clutching at straws? (Not played an ARG for ages so if I'm making connections where there are none, ignore me.)

Just a side note..
Military notation puts the day first then the month... (not that this is military)
-
so today would be 11 MAY 2009 or numerically, 11-5-2009
/me is ex-military
its also how they do it in Europe.
/me is European.
Maybe the date format points towards some european drops en-route?
Though the US post wouldn't support that....
Seems like the cypher is just changing to the current date. yesterday it was 11 - 5 -2009 today its 12 - 5 - 2009. Any bets on 13 - 5 - 2009 tomorrow?

This looks fun.
*lurks*
I'm intrigued as to why Elder Pig has been sent a package if he/she is not an ARGonaut. Elder Pig- do you mind telling us what you do for a living? Any interests that may tie in with this werewolf theme? Perhaps you are into sci-fi, fantasy or the like (maybe you run a fan site or something?)? Do you have a blog or website of any kind?
(Of course, there is always the possibility that Elder Pig is in game...)

Could find the source be pointing towards where the package originated? There's really not much in the source of the site, unless they're pointing towards "a king david cypher"....
and any ideas on "you already know what it means"?
