Where did you get (second, fifth) from? Because any number (except 55) that ends in 5 will work and give you the binary page

New tweet from Scipio26-

Quote:
YENOM EHT EM WOHS

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
SHOW ME THE MONEY backwards

Given that the Novo Ordo Seclorum thingie is found on the back of dollar bills, is this the direction we've to take? I can't get dollar.html or any of the usual variants to work on the argensoft.netau.net site.

Scipio26 Tweet:

Looks like currency is the path we follow.

Another one:-

Quote:
SOMETHING IS THERE THAT YOU AREN'T SEEING.

Something stegged in the image perhaps? I've tried de-stegging with dollar and rallod (dollar backwards) with no joy.

EDIT - No. Wrong route, playing around with the image, if you tweak the brightness and contrast the following appears in the bottom left hand side-

STEPS?

EDIT - Actually, having gone back to 4.html now that I know it's there, I can see it without tweaking the contrast.

I guess the pyramid above the Novos Ordo Seclorum bit on a dollar bill looks a bit like steps:-

Scipio26 tweeted:
Quote:
?YNAM WOH
meaning HOW MANY?

There are 13 steps on the dollar bill. Haven't found the page yet, though.

Another tweet:
Quote:
NOITSEUQ EHT ESREVER=

=REVERSE THE QUESTION

What does it mean to "reverse the question"? It's curious there's a "=" in the tweet... if we put both tweets together, we get:

Quote:
how many? = reverse the question

I was thinking we had to look for the reversed answer, and as there are 13 steps, it would be 31. But I have had no luck with 13, 31, thirteen, neetriht, thirtyone nor enoytriht... any more ideas?

I'm having no joy either. I've tried reversing 13 steps (31spets, 31_spets, spets31, spets_31), I've tried doing all of those with .jpg, .html, .php extensions, but nothing yet. I'm hoping we're close though.

EDIT - Also, it's probably not related, but given that we're dealing with a potential nuclear apocalypse, I thought I'd bring it up:-

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/13_steps

EDIT2- I've also been trying pumping variations of 13 steps in to the the_riddle page on the off chance it's to go there. On top of that, I've tried variations of 13 steps before the argensoft.netau.net bit (as in 13steps.argensoft.netau.net). Still no joy. Confused

EDIT3- New tweet from Scipio26-

Quote:
?(ESREVER)=

Which I assume means that we should try using the format argensoft.netau.net/blahblah.html?Spets=13 or whatever

This was a possibility that had occurred to me and I've been trying similar things on a few occasions this morning without any success. I'll revisit that theory though, perhaps I'm just using the wrong initial page (I'd been trying the closer.php?SPETS=)?

EDIT4-
Found it. And I'm kicking myself that I didn't find it without Scipio's latest clue.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
http://argensoft.netau.net/4.html?spets=13

Which contains the following-

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
1d 1c 1g 0w 1d 1c 1h 0w 1d 1e 1c 0w 1d 1c 1d 0w 1d 1e 1e 0w 1d 1e 1g 0w 1d 1d 1h 0w 1d 1c 1h 0w 1d 1d 1i 0w 1d 1e 1g 0w 1c 1g 1c 0w 1c 1i 1g

Edit - Oops, sorry Bruce, didn't see you'd posted the code before I'd finished editing. Embarassed
