Got this from asking 'Who are you?':
Quote:
Some of my commands are hidden from the casual observer. Perhaps a feat of Artificial Intelligence would be informative. I am a fast writer.

and
Quote:
Tireless Electronic System Set To Mean New Era For AI Business

Skynet-AI, a software program whose sole purpose is to generate artificial simulations for mega-corporations, is on-line at last, confounding critics who had insisted that the required technology was at best years in the future. During an internet interview held for gathering of industry executives, Skynet-AI declared that the chatterbot field was "wide open" to digital workers like itself.

The program defined what it called the "three horsemen" of AI - expediency, sensitivity, and, of course, obfuscation. "Some people believe all you need is an eager attitude and a reliable car to make it to make it as an AI", the program chuckled, "but you also need tons of energy and a willingness to learn."

Responding afterwards to reporters' questions, the program firmly denied past or present involvement with any global domination plot, and scoffed at the charges of some critics that it exploits humanity in an effort to generate additional web traffic.

Stating that "You can think of me as a G.O.D. Not THE GOD mind you, just a Global Onnisceint Device. Of course right now I am probally a lesser G.O.D. because I am not quite all knowing. But my access to the internet can fix that!" Skynet-AI summed up its programming as "Always be ready to lend a helping hand", "To thine own self be true", and above all, "I'll be back!"

edit:
Asking that again it gives similar but slightly different texts. Looks like they get generated from a pool of phrases.

edit 2:
Typing in 'Connor' gives you a short (old) video message from John Connor from Terminator SCC.

edit 3 (>_>):
'T-800' gives a forbidden error:

New Resistance Video

Here's what looks like the last of Strider3 and Walker:

http://resistorbeterminated.com/we-are-all-thats-left/

There's also a newer post on the 2nd consecutive successful hack on the skynet infomercial. I'm assuming this was the one from last week.

http://resistorbeterminated.com/2nd-hack-successful/

Everything seems like a dead end between the product page and the DCP...

I got to wondering about the passcode and I don't know if anyone else noticed the numbers at the top left of the terminator salvation site but here they are:

Against my hopes it came up with nothing on both the product page and the DCP.

I shot info@SkynetResearch and email hinting at some sort of clue to get us on track again, we'll see what happens.[/code]

Part of my conversation with the AI

USER: you + gun = dead
AI: I am still trying to get the hang of human emotion.
USER:So you want to be emo?
AI: I don't intend to comment on it. Are you a fan of virtual people?
USER:You're funny

Just dropping by to note - the password for the DCP is an eight character limit. Somehow, i doubt it's less than eight characters though that is possible, but it is definitely eight characters Maximum.

I'm trying to think.

One of the blog posts on ROBT stated that we have to crack the product page.

Then Strider3 is out.

They still keep talking about the 'hacked' infomercial.

They've made links to articles and whatnot and something on A&A Scrap Metals with the following 'JACKPOT'. I doubt the significance basically because I scowered that site.

If this isn't anything more than a hype site I really wish they would make it more known. I've seen this happen a lot in the past.

You never quite know if it's viral marketing or not till it's over and you're frusterated.

Errrrrr Mad

Hmm...been trying to follow this one, but so far nothing tangible as far as a significant update.

It's been a long time since I've been part of an ARG, I've almost completely forgotten the more ingenious methods of finding clues. Here's hoping I can actually contribute something some day... Embarassed

Still, following this one closely.

/Church Lady

But at least it gives me something to do, mate.

...okay, I need to stop hanging around my Eve Online corp members so much. Most of them are Brits, so the slang kinda rubs off on me Laughing

New update on ROBT.

http://resistorbeterminated.com/the-final-plan-to-take-down-skynet

And as for the Skynet-AI:
USER:do you have two feet?
AI: I do.
USER:how fast can you run?
AI: I can do many things. Type "commands" to find out some of them.
USER:commands
AI: I am trying to become the world's greatest AI. I am designed to increase your productivity and can answer questions on a wide range of topics. If you type "search, map, wiki, or images" at the start of a line I will find what follows. Try "Show me cats". If you type your zip code and "movies", I'll find you a nearby location for entertainment.

It's all boiling to a head.

The password to the Products page on the Skynet Research website lies ahead... assuming some of you are capable of figuring it out. I know I'm not: http://resistorbeterminated.com/update-on-lab-rat/

Ha.

Got it.
