 		Well according to Elliott, the spelling mistakes spell out (when rearranged) "I.Theta", which was apparently a project for Widmore Construction that his brother was working on before he went missing.

Here's my guess so far: Elliott's family has a history of belonging to some secret order that Jacob (and we can assume Richard and the impostor Locke) are a part of. They join the group when they turn 27, which, if Richard and others are anything to go by, somehow grants them the ability to time travel and/or never age.

Perhaps the initiation binds them to the island in some way, though we've seen Jacob leave the island on numerous occasions (I can't recall Richard leaving, though). Maybe some of the members of the group are at odds with each other, but since

they can't die by the hands of another "immortal", they have to find loopholes, such as the impostor Locke getting Ben to kill Jacob.

As to what "they're coming" means...I dunno. Maybe some sort of beings or members of a higher plane of existence are coming to the island to get retribution for Jacob's murder. Speculation on my part, of course.


How Elliott is connected to all this beyond the shreds of clues we have so far, I'm not sure. This should be interesting.

Good logic apart from this bit. Richard has left plenty of times (e.g. to visit Locke as a child) so I don't think the bind is physical.

The mentioned above site leads to http://www.minnesotametallurgy.com/. The company's founder is Henry Gale. The site's gallery also contains pictures of polar bears and a compass.

We have also Henry Gale, a founder of Minnesota Mettalurgy, who disappeared while of overflowing Pacific with his hot air balloon. (I ask, whether he was 27 as he disappeared. And also whether he is a brother? So young to be a founder and CEO? Or not?)

We also have his wife, Jennifer.

And the whole story becomes very cool twist. I like it!

I know it was referenced in an earlier tip but that 27 site looks too "real" to be linked to this. It's far too well researched and detailed to be designed just to be part of a game isn't it? Contradictorily I noticed that the address on the latest letter on the Simeon Hobbes blog includes the number 27...

(Also, I couldn't see that message - where is it?)
