[Trailhead] DNArgus via a comment on the (first) Coral Cross article at ARGNet:

This site looks like an interesting health-related ARG-like game: http://www.dnargus.com/.
It seems more long-term, but could be interesting.
Main page has "look undercover the mysteries" bolded/underlined.
Bolded/underlined hint on the "About" page implies that Senior VP of DNArgus, Barbara Chung, has a twitter account.
Possibly this one (only 2 followers, no posts). http://twitter.com/barbarachung
Website seems to deal with a pharmatech company working on life extension and world hunger.

It seems they have employment opportunities, I inquired on their contact page to see what openings they have available. That company and website reek of ARG.
EDIT: if you click on "Begin here" it takes you to a page that states that this is a game "designed for health marketing communications pros"

I'm lurking, this looks interesting...
May need a doctor...

Thank you for contacting DNArgus. Your message is important to us and will be routed to the appropriate person within our organization. Someone will get back to you if necessary.
Please note: We will be closed starting on May 22 and reopen on May 28. Someone will evaluate your request when DNArgus reopens.
I guess this gives us the start date...
Edit2:
Needless to say there are no trials registered with anyone or published with the name "EXTEND" or "DREAM". And (in case the "Begin here" link was not argish enough) there is not submission to anyone for approval of "Life1K" - which I assuem stands for "Life for 1000 years" or "1000 years of life".

I got a response:

Because of the level of interest we have received in DNArgus
recently, we have set up a streamlined contact process.
Please go here to learn more about it: http://www.dnargus.com/index.html.
DNArgus
I went there and the page sets up a choice of two emails to contact, one "if you crave innovation", and one "if you prefer stability".
So of course I sent one out

I'm all about the innovation. Email sent.
EDIT - And got a reply-

We are watching DNArgus closely. The company is not what it seems. We have someone . . . monitoring its communications to determine if anyone could be a suitable . . . candidate for a very important mission. We need your help.
The war is escalating and victory is not certain. DNArgus has made our lives very, very difficult.
Before we tell you more, we have to be sure we can trust you.
Before we can trust you, we have to be sure you are one of us.
You will receive an e-mail from me with the first of four challenges. The first will be relatively simple. The rest will be very difficult.
Your biggest challenge will be to recruit others to our cause. People in health marketing communications are preferred, but you will need those with all kinds of skills to overcome the challenges to come. Once you have identified likely candidates, send them to DNArgus so that they can be evaluated for potential membership in our group.
Do you accept the challenge?
If so, follow these instructions.
Send me an e-mail (at befollowerSPLAT gmail.com) with the word "Yes" in the subject line. The rest of the e-mail should be blank. Remember, just the word "Yes" in the subject line. The rest of the e-mail should be blank.

So, I've just ignored it and deleted the message.....yeah right. 'Yes' email sent.
EDIT2 - ...and another auto-response:-

Excellent. You have chosen well. This is your first challenge.
Go to this directory: http://www.dnargus.com/bep/audio_challenge.mid
Use this username and password: username: bep; password: 5%3#2198.
Decode the message in the audio recording. Now, it is very important that you follow the following instructions. We get a lot of people attempting to join us, so we have set up some automated systems to make our lives MUCH easier. If you fail to follow these instructions, your e-mail will likely be disregarded.
Here are the instructions:
1. Send an e-mail to befollowerSPLAT gmail.com with the FIRST TWO WORDS of the decoded message as the subject line.
2. The BODY of the message should have the rest of the decoded message.
If your answer is correct, you will receive another message with instructions on how to complete the next challenge.
Good luck.

The sound file is morse which I think decodes to-

@intersect- That's strange, they seemed to be automated. Which email did you send to, the innovate one or the stability one?
EDIT2- Got another reply-

Congratulations you have solved your first challenge. Now, on to the second one.
This is a two-part challenge:
1. Find our image on the Website photobucket.com.
2. Examine this image closely there is a message associated with it.
3. Go to DNArgus.com and find the second part of the message. You'll know it because it will look familiar.
Put the two messages together and send an e-mail to befollowerSPLAT gmail.com. Follow these instructions:
1. The subject line should have the FIRST TWO words of the message.
2. The REST of the e-mail should have the second half of the message.
Good luck.

The stability side of it has a similar part 1, involving a decoding of a midi with morse code in it.
Part 2 is also the same, but with a different image.
That said, has anyone checked the images for hidden text or anything? The png file for the Stability aspect seems a little large, but I'm not on my own PC at the moment, and can't give it more than a cursory look.

I've checked the innovation image and can't see anything obvious, more to the point, I can't find a similar or 'familiar' image on the dnargus.com website.

All I've been able to come up as for a 'familiar' image for the Stability side is Dan Colins on the http://www.dnargus.com/about.html page. He's in the same stance as two of the people in the photobucket picture for I4stability. Though that seems a bit flimsy to me.

Found the Original Innovarion Image with tineye which is said to be a puzzle-cutting "Die".
Maybe "Die" is the first part?

Hi guys,
i got to the innovation picture too. I've changed its color, contrast etc.
Took a look on it wit a texteditor. Nothing to find yet. But the second part of the message has to be text otherwise we are not able to write an answer email.

This may be nothing, but I played around with the image and, using an embossing effect, I get what looks a little like morse code, but, meh, I'm not making anything of it so far.
