 		It gave me a countdown timer currently at 1 days + 11 : 30 and seconds.

 		Not synchronized? Strange.

I found pages for all Hebrew letters except for:

yod
lamed
sadhe

Maybe there was a spelling variation in the transliteration. Anybody find those?

Also, is it relevant that the only non-blank page so far was for qoph, equivalent to K?

I believe it's javascript. Make sure that's enabled on your browser.

This is what I was doing; didnt find anything for Cheth (Ch), Yod (y), Lamed (L), Peh (P), Tsaddi (Ts) or Tau (T). Strange your list is so much shorter.

I used the spellings in the leftmost column at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hebrew_alphabet .
