So Gary - you still have the page loaded with the countdown?
Can you post the entire source as you see it?
I'm a software developer, so I want to hack around and see what I can find, but having that source would make it a lot easier.
The bbs software is filtering out the key line. I'll try a private message to you.

Perhaps it was there, and then he removed it... or maybe even more cleverly, the page may have been set to erase it after a few people loaded the page - just long enough for a few people to catch it before it disappeared. But it's more likely the former than the latter. May have been a goof, and shouldn't have been there yet...
yes, we may have been getting ahead of ourselves again!
PM: "Curse these players! First I beat them over the head with red, gray and dotted letters, waiting for them to solve one measly puzzle... now they're going insane and solving the stuff I had scheduled for two weeks from now! GAH!"
I wonder if we were "supposed" to "get ahead of ourselves" though...

Hi env!
Thanks Gary... so, I tried accessing the JavaScript on the server, and it's not even there - which tells me that it was removed manually. I'm pretty confident we weren't supposed to see that (yet).

Don't look now but the jpg file names at http://twentyseven.co.cc/ have also been changed in the last 40 minutes . . .
And I believe the new names are Hebrew dates.

In other news: the names of the roman numeral images:
I: a1.jpg
II: 5tamuz.jpg
III: 6av.jpg
Not sure about the first, but "tamuz" and "av" are months in the Hebrew calendar:

Okay, so http://twentyseven.co.cc/ has changed since we "found it.
Originally the source said :
Code:
<center><a href="aleph.htm"><img src="images/a1.jpg" BORDER=0></img></a> <img src="images/u2.jpg"></img> <img src="images/u3.jpg"></img></center>
The source currently says :
Code:
<center><a href="aleph.htm"><img src="images/a1.jpg" BORDER=0></img></a> <img src="images/5tamuz.jpg"></img> <img src="images/6av.jpg"></img></center>
Make sense to anyone else?

Hello!
I wonder if all the pages WERE originally gonna have the countdown, because why would only the qoph page have it? is there some significance to it?

As you might have guessed, those Hebrew dates this year equate to June 27th and July 27th!

Nice catch! I wonder why both months? Maybe something "significant" in the game will happen on both dates? Or maybe there's going to be a link/image to every 27th of every month, eventually?
