Was JUST about to post that, D.D lol.

Guess that's the end of the 'game' for now then. I already sent my photo and description in. - I'm wondering what happens Wednesday then?

Me too. I'm going to miss this game, it has been a lot of fun... Sad

I too will miss our adventures in the village. However, like the Governor said, it is just a transition. There will be another game soon I am sure. I for one cannot wait for it.

I also sent a rough drawing of myself in. I am pretty curious to see what happens at the party. Congrats to all involved. This game was simply awesome.

Hey guys, got this in the email pretty late last night:
Quote:
As the travelers walk into the center of Transition Village, they are greeted by a wide array of sights, sounds, and smells. There is food cooking, there is music playing, and there are people – well, ghosts – dancing.

I stand by the punch bowl, dispensing drinks and making small talk about the stats on www.funnelproductions.com. As always, the ghosts have outdone themselves, and the guests are having a fantastic time.

To add to the fun, Mr. Laser Beams immediately moves to the center of the crowd and begins a (very safe) light show with his eyes. While providing the entertainment, he exhibits an incredible amount of control over his new power by mingling and dancing the Robot at the same time.

Leyton, with Hesor on his shoulder, is lively, energetic, and the life of the party. He and Hesor dance, perform entertaining tricks, and are always surrounded by one happily chattering group of ghosts or another.

Dirt Diver, who has brought a date, is also energetic, and soon joins Mr. Laser Beams on the dance floor. In no time at all, Dirt Diver has become another star of the party.

The archeologist, torn between so many pretty ladies living or otherwise, moves throughout the crowd, charming every female he encounters. His hat stays firmly on his head even as he works his magic on the women.

Lisa Anne, running around with OJ, is almost too boisterous to notice the archeologist's advances, but she politely laughs at his jokes and continues to have a wonderful time.

After everyone has filled up on punch and cake (thanks to Peacemaker's excellent recipe), I walk to the center of the room. Mr. Laser Beams lowers his lights, and the crowd quiets. All eyes are on me.

"Please clear a space," I say, and the ghosts and guests move back. There is now a circle around the dance floor.

I smile. "Thank you for coming. Transition Village has enjoyed your presence. Now, however, it is time for us to say goodbye. We know that we will see you again in not too long… when it is time for a transition once more."

With a clap of my hands, I send magic sparks into the air. Fireworks burst overhead, and they begin to form letters. The travelers can just see what I have drawn in the sky before the swirling white mist delivers them home:

The Stats can be found here: http://www.funnelproductions.com/transitionvillage.html

Although my +5 should be for Earl not Jan but still Razz

Seems altogether I got 8.5 points (Although I didn't get a 3 point special mention for my dance attempt and creatively substituting it for a poem! Razz).

Edit: There's also a link at the bottom of the party page for http://www.creepylunyinn.com which seems pretty neat.

It seems my biggest contribution to the game was to introduce everyone to wix.com Laughing

Well I've got a feeling Funnel's next production is the Creepy Luny Inn Radio adventure show. That's what it appears to be, at least.

I'm down for it! Very Happy

Just got this email.

On IRC people were saying it was for a different game. But Earl Derosa was a transition village character.

Quote:
Men, I am begging you: don't use the loofah.

With Earl back, I thought it was time to send out another promotion fer our marketing genius website that is 'specially designed to keep all real men smelling like real men – without havin' to be sticky or itchy.

Come to www.stickyitchers.com to take a look at our vision fer Sticky Itchers Shower Scrub. It's soap designed for the head AND the body. You just rub Sticky Itchers all over yerself, and wala, yer clean. We offer a no money back, "Randy is pretty sure," guarantee.

If'n you want some Sticky Itchers Shower Scrub fer yer next bathing activity, drop us an email. Once enough people show interest, we'll a'brew up a batch and get yers on its way to ya.

Give us a Ringy Dingy.

EDIT: on the sticky itchers site on the More From Earl page, it talks about him being dead and thanking us I suppose for saving him.

leyton stone said these sites I found would also be of interest here as well as on The Man of the People thread.

This is their new twitter: http://twitter.com/CreepyLunyInn where you can also follow "LadiesManEarl" and "CleanRandy".

These accounts already have a couple of wacky tweets. Big news one is:
Quote:
Finalizing the first episode of Myth of the Seeker -- this Monday!

Also, here is their new adventure website: http://www.creepylunyinn.com/ mentioning that "MOTS begins in 3 days"

Since the latest Funnel Production seems to involve two different threads started a new topic, Creepy Luny Inn, to avoid dupe posts and lost info. Smile There is an very recent update at the new topic.
