 		Somewhere in one of the emails (from BB I think) he mentions Black Beauty.

OK found it...

Classical received a coded message from BB after the blow up and the thread was removed, it mentions Black Beauty.

I just received a reply from Port. I've spent the past couple of emails re-establishing communication with him, as he doesn't seem to recall much about speaking with me. When asked about the package I received from him - he said that he never sent that. When he was arrested "<snip>the book, and my ring were taken from me. I watched as someone walked it over to a dark-tinted suburban and gave it to someone inside. That was the last time I saw it<snip>". His memory also is missing a lot of things, as you can see according to his blog - mainly he's missing all of his memories of Jenny. I've tried dropping a few subtle clues about Jenny, to jog his memory. He remembers events that involved her directly - but now seems to have no knowledge of her being there. In a conversation about A, B, and C - he remembers A and C.

Very interesting ... I've been wondering where it was that I heard (years ago) about Persinger's alleged connection to government non-lethal / psychotronic crowd suppression tech.

Am I completely missing something about this guy Rage?

[meta]Interesting. Why would Rage across the country, to say nothing - and leave gifts for Port? Why would Port be ok with this? On the one hand given Ports situation of course he would. But then, he also knows Rage killed the 2 Feds. With Port being an ex-cop, you would think he'd take issue with this.

Rage on the other hand - it feels to me like he's trying to recruit Port to his side. Nothing was said, but he left money and a laptop. Definitely sounds like recruitment to me.

Then Rage's response to Classical- old pictures? Hurh - we have a few of those.

Agreeing with you, here. As per what was written in the piece of TGATT called 'even more stuff.doc', the Oracle wants Port on her side, too. Not just because she's Jenny and he's Port, but also because she needs him to stop 'what's going to happen'.
I think Rage wants the same thing out of Port, except with opposite results--he wants the 'what' to fall through.

I totally forgot that She said that, though. Damn. I need to get this manuscript printed, reread it again, and start highlighting the crap out of it. That solves the problem we were having with the Hazeltine Report puzzle... kinda. The 'finding lost things best' thing still remains.
