DeadbyDawn you beat me
EDIT2
Outcome:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
1 = City Bank (USA, Washington DC)
2 = Kremlin (Russia, Moskow)
3 = A car impound in London ? (UK)
4 = The Dom in Keulen (Germany)
On 3 I'm not sure, there are a lot important buildings nearby.
Also there are 4 big country's where the coordinates are pointing to.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
science museum in London
and number four is
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
the dome in cologne
(did not know that keulen is the dutch word of the German city "Köln" )

although the co-ordinates are closer to the science museum I disagree I think its meant to be the natural history museum, which has one of the worlds biggest mineral collections. I'm sure it would have some form of peridot.
