Okay, Niel went missing sometime after May 4, after his meeting with the "competitors."

Who might the competitors be? Is 8th Spoke a Widmore thing, or could they be the competitors?

Niel's daughter posted her comment today...so he's still missing, I don't think it will do much good to contact him, but couldn't hurt.

according to msn encarta's world atlas, i found two possible choices for location G: funchal of the madeiras islands, and ponta delgada of the azores. just throwing it out there.

Edit: ponta delgada is in fact a city on the azores island of sao miguel.

The other location on the map, the one in the Atlantic Ocean, appears to be on or near the Azores Islands. Check it out:
