well, that's 27 letters. can we fit the letter we got from reepicheep in there?
Yes, almost certainly... every "given" letter was in Reepicheep's message... the forwardslashes seem to suggest word breaks, but my hangman solver doesn't seem to give a lot of options based on the characters he provides. I gotta think the third word is "of", taking out the only remaining "o", giving us this:
c-e---e- / -n--i-tu-e / of / --s-a--
with these letters left to place:

The only problem with the text and letters we got...there's no N in the letters decoded from the hex...but there's one in the text Elliott received. I think we still have our work cut out for us.
Wha? Yeah there is! I'm going to quote you on this one, env:

Yes that's what I'm working with too - though I suppose it could be 'if' but I agree 'of' is more likely.
My hangman solver can't find ANY words to match the -n--i-tu-e word with the letters we have. Maybe it's a name then?

hmmm...unless i am working with the wrong letter, I don't think there is a word that fits that second work there (the 10-letter one). Of course, perhaps the anagram solver just isn't recognizing it. Or it's a name or something....
hmmmm

I can't find any either.....So...might have to hit it the old-fashioned way....

Unless my strategy is wrong, 3rd word can't be "if"... the only "i" was already placed by Elliott elsewhere in his Tweet...
EDIT: I'm an idiot, there's clearly another "i"... but I'm still sticking to my theory that it's "of"

LMAO! I was looking at letters I had saved on a word document. I don't know why they are so different, must have taken them from somewhere else, noticed something was wrong when I counted 29 letters! WTF? Where did that come from! LOL

And " - - s - a - - -." Wow, I really fail at transcribing stuff.
LOL.

Seems likely. First word would then probably be a name....and our next clue
