Know this is maybe unanswerable but here's where I'm baffled...one might say LOST :
Neil overheard something which "the significance of it hit me like a bag of bricks". If it was about I. Theta why didn't he bring it to his employer's attention immediately so Widmore Corp. could protect him?
Maybe it was his colleagues that said it.

It sounded like he had a hard time believing it, so perhaps he wanted to keep quiet until he could independently verify it, or at least wait until more information surfaced. However, looks like he ran out of time for that...

You're probably right on this one. He was saying that he must have imagined it when talking about it on his blog.

Maybe he doesn't trust his own company completely either. Maybe what he heard gave him reason to distrust his employer? At least I'm very sure what he learned that day is something he can't share with the Widmore corp...or anyone...which is probably why he went underground.

Hungry?? LOL Is Kuk Sool Won not only a martial art, but a food?
EDIT: I don't like Oriental food, so I honestly would have no idea...

You know, I never realized that. Niel could have simply went underground. It makes sense. There's really been no proof that he's been abducted...except perhaps the person following him...but I guess either way, he's missing.

Probably not, just me being silly. I hadn't heard of it but it sounded like a noodle dish. And I hadn't had lunch yet!!

Completely OFF-TOPIC! But we need a laugh amidst all the stressful decoding, or in my case, frantic non-decoding. (Apparantly I'm not as good as I thought. I feel so useless! ) lol

Hey, there are two broken links on the staff page! Oleg Nosovi (Director of Genetic Research) and Luis Soto (Staff Scientist). The crumbs are in numbered order and none are missing, so there must have been (or will be) something else on those pages. I wonder what?
Gonna play around with the names a bit. Heh, Oleg Nosovi = So Evil Goon! (or Love Is No Go...nope, don't want to meet that guy. Unless he has Igloo Ovens, which would be kind of cool.)

Tried combining the names of the staff members with dead links with the superfluous letters (O N X), with no results. Unless you consider stuff like "Tools ogle noxious vinos" a result, of course.

Is anyone else having trouble accessing the Chenchey Institute's website?
