I was wondering if maybe that should be HumanitIES. But since it doesn't exist, I guess we can't know....Oh well...We don't need more letters, anyhow.

I thought about that too, but it does exist. Wink Check it out.

EDIT: I don't know if there's an "IU" Humanitas Award though. Haven't been able to find anything on it specifically.

Oh, nice, i only had found one related to film and television or something. But still, no I don't think there is an International Union. I think that's made up to sound like European Union, but not...LOL oh, man.
Anyhoo, I am going to assume Humanitas is spelled correctly.

On the staff page an "is" is missing. Is this old news?

"The Chenchey Institute home to hundreds of hard-working scientists,"

Nope, didn't see that one. Good catch! *added to my list*

Okay this is what I have:

working
to make
is
I A A N G O N X

But I also played around with keeping all the words...in which case it would be,

The Nitti Family is working to make electromagnetic research humanitarian. LOL Don't think that's what we're looking for though. Smile

well, i don't know.

I have tried a variety of words, but nothing seems right.

Think there is more to be had with the fidelis page? Some words are randomly capitalized....

I have a massive headache, and looking at anagrams isn't helping. I'm going to have to bail soon. At least I could contribute one thing, I guess.

I just assumed "IU" was Indiana University...

well, in the previous sentence on the "About" page it states

Quote:
...[Savo] served as an International Union Goodwill Ambassador of Peace and Tolerance

So, I presume IU = International Union. Indiana did cross my mind, too, though... Confused

EDIT - OK, seiously off to bed for me now. Good luck, peoples!

Well my friends - looks like we're stuck again.

Do you think I should email r33pich33p again or do you think we should just tough it out?

BTW: Chenchey got an E-Mail contact too, perhaps we should ask for some press material from Callum Sinclair!?
My idea: I'm a reporter at the Los Angeles Sun, and since Lisa Gellhorn disappeared, I thought to finish her background report on the Chenchey institute. The opening of a new facility is a good and up-todate occasion for this story....

Any opinion to this?

Sounds like a plan.

BTW, was the /news page riddle used in the solution to the finalis page or does it remain unsolved?

(Wiki updated with the Institute's page)

And me again Smile

Tried another system with the spelling mistakes on Chenchey's Website:
Noticed that the mistakes are in words which relatively often appear, so I counted these words. My Results so far:
Research --> 18 times (or 19 if the headline counts)
humanitarian --> 9 times
working --> 10 times
to make --> 5 times
electromagnetic --> 3 times

--> according to the numbers this could be the letters: R(S), I, J, E, C.

Perhaps this is a way (at least to kill time), so if any one has a few minutes, please check the results...

Good morning all. (Or afternoon, evening...whatever Wink) I see we've not had much progress. There's something we are missing. Good idea with the counting of the words seriousm. Smile

I'm playing around with them right now. Not that that means much, I'm not the greatest with anagrams. Confused

EDIT: Is is just me, or in the heading of the staff page (on the actual page,) humanitarian and philanthropist (the words) look off, like squished together...mean anything ya think?

EDIT....AGAIN: Nevermind, I think it's just the font. Confused

Just realized "to make" is doubled twice on the site.

It'd be really funny if these were all just innocent typos and don't mean anything.....

Also, IS is missing from the staff page. I've noticed this word is only used ONCE on the entire site. 1=A.
