Was giving the radio another listen today. I heard pretty distinctly a little girls' voice saying "Help me." and another much more garbled male voice giving what sounded like tower calls and what may have sounded like coordinates for flight.

ETA- And now a church bell? Maybe diving ping.

And now clicking...rhythmic clicking. 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 like a metronome.

News programs with a high pitch ringing...what sounds like a rotor...ooh music...

From what i can see it is still the same sound file being called by the website. You can listen to and download the sound file here http://somethinginthesea.com/mp3/BIOS2.mp3.

By the way, in the code the puzzle box is refered to as the lunch box, i wonder why?

:::GIS for "old lunch box":::

old lunch boxes had that shape. it resembles a modified lunch box with the wheels and the gears.

NEW UPDATE!!!

there is a photo and a letter on the floor in front of the desk.

the picture is of a pile of rocks, which may speak to the "monolithic" belief in the letter.

the letter is from Jeremiah Lynch. it talks about his belief that the society is Atlantis, froim pre-Babylonian times. it explains to him that what he has is a cypher, not another language altogether.

thoughts?

Amanda Meltzer left a message. It seems she's given up hope. She says he's delusional. She got a call from a doctor.

I don't think Meltzer has opened the box, or at least when he sent Isidore and Lynch letters asking about the symbols. Lynch suggests a cypher and Meltzer is now agreeing with that statement.

It looks like there's something stuck in the rocks.

can't access it, doesn't mean much to me if you can't interact with it. it's also been like that for some time.
as for random new stuff on floor, it happened earlier today. please read the past few pages of each ARG, unless you're ignorant like i am at times.
after some thought, maybe the monolith is like an entrance to rapture or a similar place?

i don't think it's an entrance, but something is underneath the pile. just to the right of the bottom rock, there is a dark, sperical shape, somewhat obscured by the lighting in the photo.

and as for updates, stuff is added bit by bit, so as long as you are keeping tabs before you post, it shouldn't be a problem. the photo and the letter on the floor were added early this afternoon. this is the most recent update.

This thought deserved a separate post:

Looking at the design elements of the site itself, something just jumped out at me. Having been a part of the TDK ARG, a lot of the overall design bears an uncanny resemblance to 42 Entertainments' work.

If it is being done by this marketing/promotions company, we are in for quite a ride. These are the minds behind TDK ARG, NIN:YZ ARG, ilovebees, etc.

Forgive if I have missed this, but I found that the bottom file drawer is now a set of clues. I could have sworn it wasn't active last week.

a short while back, they were clues strewn about, he just cleaned them up, and placed them in the file cabinet. i presume the other folders will be filled with the stuff we find from here on out. for example, the current clues lying about will presumably be in the next folder.

no worries, we'll keep you in the know. if you're not sure, just message me, and i'll help ya out.

Sage: firstly, if you're right about 42 Entertainment, then you're right. This should be good.
Secondly, I think the "sphere" is just the intersection of the two strips of tape on the photo. Or maybe you're talking about the gap in the rocks?

i'm not sure what it is, but it takes up most of the space underneath the rocks. could be nothing, but could be something... i highlighted it here:

It looks like an eyeball...or a marble. But creepy brain says eyeball.
