Unless I'm missing something (entirely possible), there doesn't seem to be anything there besides some occasionally bad grammar. All of the sections are empty, there's nothing that looks remotely ARG-ish...

In the spirit of the forum rules, I'm going to assume that this is not just blatant (and poorly planned) advertising and suggest that perhaps they saw themselves as a potential resource for PMs with money to spare...
