All the numbers on the right side bar lead to pictures aside from #2, which plays music.

It appears that images are slowly being released as time passes with each image having its own count-down. Judging by the amount of numbers and images, when a new image is revealed a new number on the sidebar becomes available too. A new one is supposed to come available in about 12-and-a-half hours.
It appears the countdown will stop at midnight on June 29th, but I don't see anything of significance yet online for June 29th/30th.

Apparently, on Melrose (I don't know where that would be), signs are posted pointing toward this site and sometimes people are dressed in black cloaks holding them too. This is all according to the person, sugar123, who originally posted about it on Yahoo!Answers.

 		Did you listen to the audio file on button "2"? Think there's something in that? or maybe steganography in the pics?

 		Listened to it all the way through and all I could hear was slow, creepy music. I don't think it loops. I haven't found any real messages from the images, I've only been able to force a few actual words out but nothing understandable or meaningful to me in anyway.

 		It'd be easy to hide something in a spectrograph of that audio, actually, it sounds ideal for it... I need to see if I can find the appropriate plugin for protools to do that

 		Whelp, looks like I might have dug up some dirt on this thing, but I'm not sure. Let me know what you guys think...

OK, first I did an easywhois search, and that returned results for some guy named Sergey Takhunov living in Woodland Hills, Cali, with most of the other info contained within related to domain registrars.

However, upon Google-ing "Sergey Takhunov Woodland Hills", (I didn't Bing it, haha Laughing ), I got a Myspace page for a musical group called The Tempest Armada. Their music is somewhat similar to that found on TTIC.com, and they also have a website called "thetempestarmada.com," which contains a weird set of images just cycling through, kinda like that Room 23 video on LOST.

Anyway, here are the relevant links, so you can do your own investigations and see if this takes us anywhere.

 		Sigh... is it possible this is not an ARG at all, just some viral album release? For what it's worth i'm spectroanylizing that sound file, expect an update to this post a in a minute or two...

Edit- Spectrography reveals nothing on the sound file... Also, did you note that the picture being revealed on the "thetempestiscoming" website, is the image of the album cover on the band website? not much of a surprise there. Maybe it's just counting down to a tour?

Edit2- the lead singer.. or whatever he is... his name is Tachyon, a theoretical particle that has more velocity the lower it's energy is... I think?

Got the same result as you GalvanicSpiral (your to fast for me tonight). Adding the following:

Notes: Calling the # from whois gets his voicemail. Hitting the net gets this profile page on angelfire that confirms its the same person as the email above (this page also confirms his handle "zidane2k3"): http://www.angelfire.com/punk4/area52/sergey.html

Tineye gives zero results on any of the pics, and setting your clock to any date past the countdown only reveals the TV picture in the back layers.

Obviously I don't know what this is, but I hope he wants his contact info found Rolling Eyes. If not, no proxy=bad form. Lurking this now...

The countdown goes to June 30th, 2009, which is when their album Echoes of the Last Bell will be released. It has the same cover as the picture that's slowly being unveiled.
