I believe that's what it's saying, though I couldn't complete it entirely to something I was 100% satisfied with.
Edit: Ah, nuts, I missed the chat I wasn't looking at my mail window. Ah well.
He did mail me with something useful, though.
"do not assume that one letter in my script means only one of yours.
do not assume that my script only codes for letters.
it also codes pronunciation.
look for further instructions. Search within."
That's...many more possibilities. And could explain why letters seem to be missing. Though he did say to Tresbien that we were close.

I think this is the right translation, even though there are two minor "inconsistencies":
Like Amandel mentioned the last "Th" of "earth" has a missing stroke.
And somtimes the "e" has two strokes and sometimes not. Maybe some complex grammer rule
No idea regarding the pink one.

Reckon one of the "three" should inform Tylean we finished the first lesson and.....
Tres. that chat sounded quite . Could you post a link to guide me there next time, plse? From Tylean to my dark side:
Quote:
To one who reminds me of ZurkDorsh, yeah that Pert Aran Dorsh,
I wish I had not to speak in riddles, but this is for your benefit, not mine.
Just beware that you do not stray as she did.
Not every letter of my script corresponds to letters of your alphabet.
Yet you are learning well. I perceive that you yet lack much insight.
Look within to find more wisdom.
Quote:
Well done, I knew your hidden knowledge would come out soon.
Now I must wait until you find the answer. There is more hidden, although it is a small picture.
You must also find the answer.
Do not trouble yourself with the red script for now. It is sacred. It is advanced.
The strokes on the "th" change the pronunciation. (there is a difference in "this" compared to "thing")
Also, the tildes designate where to put the stress on the word. (unimportant for your common tongue but essential for the language of the Book)

Received this from Balck Rabbit (without sending anything to him - guess someone is reading the forum )

You are correct, though not complete. Amandel has the rest.
Maybe he is also referring to my tries putting the password for the second lesson:
I tried:
kiku (found through google)
ken
zurkdosh
So Amandel, what do you have to add?
ETA: Also have tried "Ten Chi Sei Wa" resp. "tenchiseiwa" another name from the world wide web.

Amandel, it was a gmail chat, and I didn't know at first that he'd invited anyone else into it, and he didn't say which two. Does anyone know if you can link to those? I'll dig and see what I can find. I added to the post on the page back so everyone please be sure to read it all. Maybe we could use an IRC room if not all have gmail or something that works with it.
Playing with the image in photoshop but haven't yet found anything cluey.
ETA: Here are the gmail group chat directions for anyone who may need them. http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=81090

Am catching up myself and am also clueless. Only hidden knowledge is my dinner time hunger which is out in the open now with my *growling for steak tummy* G'luck and later.....

Please add information to exisitings posts via edit only if there are not already newer posts (e.g. too avoid double posts).
I got very confused by information added to some posts I thought I had already read. First I did not understand the chat references. I had to go back one page to see that Tresbien has added information to and older post.
Same now form Amandel's post.

Amandel: What are those pictures you posted? Where did you found them and what is the relation?
ETA: Just received this from Rabbit Black:
Quote:
the heavenly blade was forged in Spring,
to earth the blessings of Steel to bring.
it is a sword never held by a hero;
its name I need; its number is nine two six zero.

Very nice.
I was wondering why he kept insisting we search inward though. In what?
Anyway, off we go.
