they are not map co-ordinates or international standard book numbers

 		Plugged the numbers into Google Earth. They are three locations on the Isle of Man in the Irish Sea. I think that "BCWSPT" is our hint that we will find Mr. Book there... perhaps it is a password that will let him trust us?

 		[SPEC] "Simple message" from Tylean's email above makes me think Isle of Man sounds like I Love Man. Perhaps this is the name of the book or a hint to it.
