 		I hate all this mumbling...without headphones there is no chance to understand it. But it is transcribed before I can even post my reply. Very Happy

Abie almost gives us the solution, I guess. I feared that it was some kind of ROT we dismissed, because especially with these weird words you never know when you got it. Thus the way to the solution should make sense. But Abie's clue is a 5-letter-word, it can't be the word, yet, obviously.

They are also giving us more clues to the song.

As I speculated before, fai indeed seems to derive from the French "fait" - or whatever the simple form of it was called - and "do" or "make" is a logical choice here. The stuff about the fire didn't make much sense.

I now think that ank simply means "go".
Ank bi "ETDO" nefai truns! then could read "Don't go to the TEDO [truns]!". I think Abie used it when talking about how we should stay away from TEDO.
Or maybe truns means "go". Hmm.

Strange thing is that Tylean called Abie Zurkdorsh. On the Zurkpert blog:

But I think Zurkdorsh are the TEDO. Because we have Zurkpert (mentioned to be the whole tribe on the one side or faction) and Zurkdorsh and we know pert means "life/light" and dorsh means "death/dark", it is safe to assume that the TEDO are Zurkdorsh. Maybe Abie was going to be the leader of them and that earns her this different writing of Zurkdorsh.

In pert...uh...light of this, we should revisit the song. It was pure coincidence that nefai can mean "abominable". They use ne is a negation prefix, which I was thinking about, because fai appears on its own and as nefai. I was too stuck on Websters when I came up with my translation. It seems obvious now. Na must be some kind of preposition.

With the emphasis on words in the song now added by Abie, I thought the song could be morse?

Got it!

Abie explained in the chat (details see later in the wiki) that Tylean did not adapt his clues to our language structure. In the language of the book names often are written "lastname - firstname". So it is Shakespeare William and we have to rot "BCSWPT".

Here are my ideas so far on some words. The ones marked with asterisks (***) I'm really unsure of, they're basically complete guesses.

Bilvin mi alovieb = Welcome my apprentice

Ya = I
Mi = my
Bi = you
Na = your***
Bel = who

Fai = is/am/are
Fe = the
Um = a/an***

Rekordem = record
