ETA: I think I have the location: It should be Mt. Wellington on the island of Tasmania, which is called - like you all know Wink - "apple island" by the australian people.

 		On the 7th of February in 1967 Tasmania's worst disaster--the Black Tuesday bushfires--occurred around Mt. Wellington and the surrounding towns, injuring over 900 people, destroying thousands of homes, and killing 62 people.

This may be the when necessary, in which case it makes it a rather dangerous journey to the Book. At least we know the Book didn't burn up Wink

At least there is no way the TEDO can get to it now, but we still need it.

The Scattering will happen later today, but I do not know WHEN the Book is yet!!!

@Caffiend: That was unusual yet maybe not a coincidence that Abie has an updated blog entry titled The Scattering:-Something has come through... in which she surmises

Binsakne is with me. Binsakne is my keeper [tileans some form of tilean or a typo?], but Tylean is not with me. Where will Abie be? I need her.

I guess either hints are not forthcoming at this point or I am simply not trusted enough.
Binsakne is with Zaqunr, but Tylean is not (which we didn't assume, anyway). That's how I interpret it, because of the different spelling of Tilean. Although it could be that he says Binsakne is his keeper, but he is not there any more?
Notice that he uses "fain" again, which is unusual according to Abie.
