I don't know if it was for a short time, but it's not happening to me, I can access it fine

Going to the initial page, yes. But if you click on any of the links, "//Unauthorized Access"

SYS finally gets it.

just doing what i do best

i could post all the DM's i sent sys, but that would take far too long. i just talked, thats all i did, said everything that came to mind, pretty much just random stuff, everything i though about, i asked sys about, kind of an attempt to get her to clear her mind up a bit, i figured that tactic helps people i know deal with bad shit, i didnt see any reason why it wouldnt work here too, lo and behold it did.

Gotta admit mad respect for anaerin though.

Apparently there's something now in the maze, so I'm clicking around randomly like I always do. I came across this, which I hadn't seen before, although there doesn't seem to be anything I can do with it. Is this old?

Yes, that's new!
A direct path:
FJ ON WS HY DL IX YT HJ
It's one click away (BL) from JB and the distorted scorpio image (which isn't new and may represent the hostile entity.)

You did a little bit of retracing your steps unnecessarily. The same node can be reached simply by following USNWQZPH. (Or from the beginning, FRSVXKWYRXRKUSNWQZPH.)

Edit: Or what drizjr just said. *sigh*

It goes right along with these:

Sys wrote:
>>Sys:Log//Odd. Its signature contains only this clear phrase: "I'm scared!"
>>Sys:Log//The tentacle has retracted. But S3 is reporting anomalous signals originating from a point of the Stonewall.
>>Sys:Log//S3 did not locate any aberrant data at the location. Something must be fixed to the inside of the Stonewall.
>>Sys:Log//I have adjusted subroutine S3 to insert itself into the Stonewall and locate the anomaly.

If there's nothing you can do with it, maybe we just need to wait and see what S3 does.

That image's link is http://thewaytheirworldended.com/SWDAT/NODEVIS-UNKA.JPG
I changed the A to a B and found another blueish smear
http://thewaytheirworldended.com/SWDAT/NODEVIS-UNKB.JPG

I don't know where it's at in the maze.
It's just a blue blob, right of center and a little down.
Here's a screenshot. Maybe we were not meant to find this. So it may not be important.

Re: [TRAILHEAD] Intimation
Re: weird blue stuff

Looks as if Sys found it:

Quote:
>NODE:DATA//ANOMALOUS INNER DATA ARCHIVED/BINARY DATA/AUDIO/MP3/STORED

And now it's black instead of glowing blue.

So where would S3 store an mp3 file?

Edit: Y'know, those kinda look like numbers...

The links won't work.

Shad0, click stored, and the mp3 is linked there.

[quote]I'll let Aenerin post about the mp3 file (you can click on "/STORED"), but I managed to figure out what the blue (now black) represents:

I enhanced the blue and flipped the image, and you can read the message "i'm scared"

EDIT:
so it sounds like we have to help "S3" find these anomalies to get more mp3s, while intimation is hibernating:

Quote:
>>Sys:Log//I have adjusted subroutine S3 to insert itself into the Stonewall and locate the anomaly.

Quote:
>>Sys:Log//It is a dangerous task. However, the anomaly poses a threat to Stonewall integrity. I must prepare for hibernation.

Quote:
>>Sys:Log//If these anomalies continue, S3 will attempt to locate and correct them.

Quote:
>>Sys:Log//It will require the shortest precise path from its location in order to quickly locate anomalies with minimal risk of detection.

Quote:
>>Sys:Log//I am connecting this tentacle to my network. When S3 is directed a path, it will attempt to follow from within.

Quote:
>>Sys:Log//I must prepare for hibernation. I trust my friends are diligent enough to aid S3 in this precarious task.
