surmise he wouldn't have emailed those he already knows if he didn't want some guidance or support.

ETA: Are the ROT15 and 13 words a personal msg from Richie to Enaxor stating he "may help" us with Bit by Bit?

Heading into traffic with a bit more than the first six lines done. The Runes convert to a dec/char code which after run through into ROT 13 reveals the Latin phrasing:

The rest of the runes decode into numbers, which I think is XOR'd ciphertext. I'm still not sure how to decode any of it though, and someone might want to double check that I have all the numbers correct. I made the straight line | a zero.
