Guess I'll do it and hope for the best then.

Edit: Man this is freaky, it's too late at night to be looking at this. Note to Self: Only follow this during the day.

The texts I've gotten from SH are all pretty legit, and accompanied by emails as well, so I don't think you have much to worry about yet.

Edit: Oh, holy hell. Now I can't feel safe in the daytime either! At least we know for certain that our rather narrow friend is what causes all the audio warping.

It seems his blog is down. Maybe it's my computer. I don't know. Blagh.

Now I'm afraid that gibberish is ROT and Then Base64. Won't this be fun?

Base64 just gives me strings of symbols, and ROTing the original entry yields nothing either. My pretty scanty crypto-skills stop there- any other ciphers that it could be?

i know some others are in the same boat as me

i sent s h an email saying i didnt have a phone # but asked him to let me earn his trust
i just got this answer back (hope it helps others )

My friend,

I am afraid at this stage I am in need of some sort of direct communication. However, I have not forgotten about you and have added you to a secondary list of candidates. You will not be forgotten.

You will have a chance to prove your trust.

Anyone else find it odd that he signed his email response to church 'Slender Man' rather than 'Slender Hunter'?

I thought it was a simple misspelling, but now that you mention it is kind of weird. Pherhaps the original sender should inquire if it was a mistake or if those of the... slender, persuasion have gotten to our beloved Slender hunter.

Actually, I got an email where he signed Slender Man, and I asked why, but he said it was just a mistake.

Weird, though, that he'd sign an email twice with it...

Perhaps his paranoia's gotten the best of him?

Seems a bit odd. It could be a simple slip of the mind seeing as he's focused on the slender man 24/7 and might have wrote that. Let's see what he says if we ask him if he's made that mistake more than once. I'll shoot him a e-mail.

It seems a little unlikely that he'd accidentally sign it Slender Man on two separate instances...

I know it seems unlikely, but I'll see what his response is. If he says no, I'll confront him. If he says yes, I'll continue to be a grump ole' basterd.

He did it on mine, and then sent a quick follow-up.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
My apologies kenneth, I appear to have mistakenly signed this e-mail slender man.

I am so caught up in finding out the truth that he is beginning to get to me.
