I'm working on the timeline right now for the wiki, and I saw Christine updated her wiki (http://twitter.com/agathachristine ) @agathachristine.

What I Know
While I was never directly involved with Project Dolor and its research, I do know that the Institute is having major problems creating and working on it.
The employees are experiencing significant stress from the upper-level to get the Project further. That's why Dr. Darrell has scheduled the "lock-in" for July 21-28. No one in the Institute will be communicating outside during that time; they will all be working and living inside the Institute.
They're willing to do anything to get FDA approval certification. ANYTHING.
Currently, the vaccine is being tested on lab animals. The results don't look promising. The majority of the animals die within a few hours of the vaccine; others suffer symptoms similar to those of mercury poisoning.
Dr. Darrell runs throughout the Institute like a chicken with its head off; he refuses to accept the truths that his researchers have established: that it will be near-impossible to create a safe and secure vaccine in the timeline that he desires.
That's all I've got for now. I'll try to update later.

Matthew is someone's brother Yeah, it was at the end of the press release emailed to me:
Quote:
For more information or questions, please contact Christopher Naip through e-mail at naip.christopherSPLAT instituteforfuturemedicine.com. More information is also available at the Institute's website at www.instituteforfuturemedicine.com
my brother will not win this fight. he will soon see how this medicine corrupts. @nogainswoutpain on twitter. please join me in my fight against this. and spread the word!
So Matthew could be Matthew Darrell, Matthew Naip, or possibly one of the other full time researchers. A quick google turns up nothing on either name.
I just asked Matthew via Twitter. We'll see.

Since so many are trying to help Matthew and Christine..
You think maybe I should send a note the the admin. and tell him there may be some trouble & see if he wants me to be a "spy" for him? Might help us learn more from him..
What ya think... think I should e-mail him? - I do... lol

Wow, that's pretty up to date. The wiki's turning out great. And I don't think you missed anything.
Edit: Me too, I thought my computer was just being mean to me, but I guess it's just twitter. I just favorited her page and hoped I wouldn't miss anything too important.

The only problem I'm having with Christine's twitter is that there isn't an option for me to direct message. So I decided it wouldn't hurt to go directly for the question I'm dying to know. I asked what happened in '07 that's caused such a meltdown and got this reply:
Quote:
I started work immediately after the accident. A fire destroyed a portion of the Institute; you didn't hear that from me.
Shrill alarm - fire alarm maybe?

Just a random thought - has anyone tried contacting any of the other full-time staffers about anything? Not really sure what help they'd be yet, though.
I wondered, briefly, if the And Then There Were None reference had a connection - maybe one by one they'd get fired - but there aren't enough full-time staffers (even including the recently fired Christine) to make up the ten little indians and there are too many of us!
In case it's not painfully obvious, my head's all over the place today.

Good Idea
I just tried Benjamin Williams to see if he needed any special help from a new researcher. I just followed the format that William Darrell had so williams.benjaminSPLAT instituteforfuturemedicine.com is where I sent it...
Edit: After 20 minutes no kick-back, so that's good I suppose.

Matthew again So Matthew has memory problems, is sworn to bring down the Institute, and there was a fire after the last round of tests in 2007 and no one's allowed to talk about that.
Oh yeah, and we're getting pages from Frankenstein .
Anyone want to bet that Matthew was a test subject the last time around? That he escaped in the fire, and that he's now out to destroy everything Dr. Darrell has ever loved?
Does Matthew feel pain?
